Excellent service, but poor attention to details.
Progress updates with pictures were sent via email. Loved that.
Quality of work was alright. Body panels were fixed, paint matched, total time fixing was fairly quick.
Attention to details was very poor. Car was delivered with very obvious panels out of alignment, incorrect parts used, parts incorrectly installed, and they forgot to honor fixing something they forgot last time. I think this was all due to all the work they need to complete in a short amount of time. The quicker you get the car out, the quicker you get paid and the next car in.

If you want your car fixed quick, this is the right place. If you want it to look like it was never in an accident, this may not be the place.
