Great room and convenient location. The executive lounge however serves food similar to a B&B or Inn.

My friend was married there on Friday and I was very impressed with the staff who worked there. The servers and bartender lady who were top notch professionals I recommend giving the guy who made it his personal duty to help me with a special order of lobster balls and a personal tray to share with my top dog ,the groom, who was upstairs taking pictures and starved. You guys were awesome and ill recommend this place based on quality waiters and mixed specialties from the resourceful little bar lady who stunned with her mix game.

We had a fabulous time at the sheraton great valley. Shekara in the club lougne was so friendly welcoming when you entered the lounge always making sure you had what you needed.
We rate the sheraton a perfect 10

Its a POS like most Sheratons. Its by a highway, you hear that. The look is just run down, carpets down, elevator is about to die. The club room is a joke, you get better food and drinks in the lobby.

The beds are OK, and the pillows were good. Good TVs in the room too. Very Nice staff, they have that going for them. It just needs a update. Sheraton boasts about all the remodeled rooms they have now, the just are not the ones I ever stay in.

My husband and i stayed for our anniversary weekend in a suite. Everything was clean and the room was up to par. Would have gotten 5 stars but there was no microwave in the room. Understandable fire hazard, but it would have been nice. I will definitely go back to stay again

What a nice staff and clean hotel. Miriam and Shelly were both wonderful, and very happy to check us in and set up a feather free room for us.

Good service, but the hotel doesn't have many attractions around it.

We spent the night in the 1 bedroom suite. The kids were on the sofa bed. The corner room was very spacious and comfortable, with a large jetted tub. We intend on returning.

Great hotel. Good sized room. Nice amenities. Loved the fitness center. Staff super friendly at check in.

Throughout the whole stay, everyone is so friendly. We love the Tuesday night manager s reception, it a great way to meet the staff and guests.

Excellent accomodations. Beautiful hotel with great staff. Close to numerous stores, restaurants, attractions and local parks. Recommend to everyone!

The only things this hotel have going for it are that it's SPG and it has a bar. Rooms aren't always clean, it's noisy, fitness center frequently lacks clean towels, TV channel selection isn't great, and service is slow.

It was a nice enough facility, but room 319 had a generator noise all night. On/off every 15 to 30 seconds. Trouble sleeping.

Rooms are very clean. Staff is very accommodating! Loved the fitness facility.

Nope hotel. Updated. Good room service and conceierge room. Big room but bathroom was small - one person only. Shower was short - I'm 5'1" and fit perfectly... anyone taller, beware!

They would not let me fish out back on the river.

Conference room was absolutely freezing. Free coffee was good, chairs were comfortable enough. The tablecloth made the written portion of the experience slightly difficult, and the tables could have been spaced a bit better. Generally great though.

I had a really great time staying here. The rooms are a little bit on the small side of things, but overall it is laid out well and very polished. There are some great common spaces, but we happened to be there the night of an enormous sweet sixteen party that kind of dominated the whole building. It is directly across the street from outback too, which makes walking over for dinner a really conveinient walk.

The person we were meeting with to look at a wedding block was 20 minutes late

Disappointed by the smell of marijuana on the 4th floor when checking into room. Otherwise nice hotel.

Excellent service for the event. The rooms in which the work sessions are broad and sufficient.

Been to Malvern several times and really like this hotel and its history.

My fiance and I met with the Sheraton's event coordinator to discuss having both our wedding ceremony and reception there. She was very informative, helpful, and seemed to take a genuine interest in what we were looking for. The packages that the Sheraton offers are all-inclusive, and their pricing is incredible. Suffice it to say, we'll bee having our wedding here in September

Hotel is is really great because it s close to my work when I travel. It can use some minor upgrades but overall it works well. The great thing about my last stay was the lounge and the young lady Shekra was great. Always there during breakfast and happy hour being helpful.

Nice and clean, the lounge is small but breakfast has a good variety. The pool was cold which was unfortunate.

From check-in to check-out this Sheraton was top notch! You walk in to a fire place, beautiful restaurant on your left, honestly smelled really good, and just has a luxury feel to it. After you take in your initial entrance your soon greeted by welcoming staff. I had alot of questions and not once did she give off the sense of being bothered. She answered every question plus more. The rooms had such a homie feel. Very very clean! We also took advantage of the pool which is heated and they had beachy music playing which made you forget it was 30 degrees outside. Then on top of all of that there breakfast buffet was a home run! Usually breakfast at hotels are very processed but every thing was like you were at the diner. Everything was hot. We had a great server that loaded us up with coffee and made sure we were ok the entire time we were there. I highly re this location even if you have to drive a little further. So so worth it! My family and I will definitely be returning

Absolutely terrible experience. I payed for a room months beforehand only to find out on my wedding night that they did not have a room available for us. They decided to push us off to a different hotel location that was close enough to my house that it was easier just to go home. While I was refunded, no one seemed to understand the frustration of this happening on what should have been a perfect day. I will never plan to stay here again.

Nice place. Pool was neat and the high temp mini pool was a welcomed addition to the experience. Over all we had a great time at this hotel. Very nice personnel, well located, easy access to major highways. Clean rooms, an awesome bar with a deck well worth a couple pictures. In general the hotel looks modern with attention to detail. Only issue that i saw was the elevators giving some peoblems. (often breakdowns), but not anything to drop the hammer over it.

Bar service was satisfactory. Not the quickest or best trained, got a guiness that was half head. Acceptable. Food was good though.

Front desk was very helpful during check-in process and Heather - Night Auditor - was also very helpful during my departure at 4:30 AM.

We brought our two big huskies to spend a night at this hotel. Right away you notice the historical White Horse Tavern. When you walk inside youre immediately shocked that a place this nice is also dog friendly! Our room was simple but comfortable and affordable, the staff was super friendly (and great towards our pups), and there is an Outback Steak House in spitting distance. Our first time there will not be our last.

I have tried both this Sheraton and the one in Valley Forge and even though the VF Sheraton is a bit more up to date, the GV Sheraton definitely wins in customer service and SPG promotions.

Stayed here for a business meeting, room was clean and staff was helpful. Overall a good experience.

Very nice, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Offer nice packages with local attractions some with transportation. I was impressed when 2 guests missed the transport and a staff member going home offered to take them. This was in the opposite direction of staffs home. Only down side is its so nice they are really busy on weekends and it can get loud in the hall. It is taken care of right away when reported.

Nice spot in Frazer. Hotel was clean and well kept. Food was a on the heavy side with large portions, lots of cheese, and salads were were not fantastic. Other than the food, I would recommend the location.

It's a beautiful hotel, close to everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the older driver, Tony, who took me to Walmart and waited patiently while I did some shopping. They have a very nice dining area and a wonderful business area. My room was clean, nice-sized and well well-stocked.

Superb staff from check in to the club room. Rooms are clean, newly refurbished, and more like a Westin than a Sheraton. They have the best club level I have seen in years.

Staff was amazing. Hotel nice and clean. But the walls were so thin, you didn t even know what you were listening to there were just so many noises from every angle. Seriously felt like a cheap motel with how we could hear every word our neighbors were saying. The acoustics in the hallway weren t even slightly muted in the rooms- they actually felt magnified. Definitely a deal breaker even when everything else was great. It s that loud.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a star. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Upon arrival, with two emails confirming my stay and a confirmation number, I was told I did not have a reservation and the hotel was booked. At first the front desk treated me as if this was my fault. Once the staff person realized the hotel was at fault she attempted to assist me with a place to stay but obviously had never been trained on how to handle matters and good customer service. Management never bothered to come assist her or myself. I was told management would reach out the next day and of course they never did. The hotel said they would take care of another room at another hotel, which was out of my way and not near my business meetings. After checking out and leaving I noticed my card had been charged for one night stay. After calling the hotel that accommodated me, the friendly staff person told me she had trouble reaching the Sheraton Great Valley and when she finally did they only agreed to pay for one night, not two. I will be doing business in this area often and promise to never stay at this hotel.

We did not stay there. We were there to talk about having an event next year. We liked the facilities they offered.

Booked over the phone, when I arrived about 930pm I was greeted by two very friendly women. They offered to extend the pool hours from 10 to 11pm - which was great. Clean hotel and room. Breakfast time; I didn t realize they were closing the breakfast area at 1030 which was 10 min later. I asked if they could keep it open for a little while longer and the staff was more than eager to accommodate. They let me know they would make eggs however I wanted, made fresh pancakes. A++

Stayed 2x this month. Love the Library and Cozy Lounge. Wonder if they have ever considered turning the historic homes back into accommodations and posting on Airbnb?

Rooms are clean yet a little dated decent bar slow service food so so

I was at the Hotel attending a private function. The food was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. The room and the bar were excellent and would recommend the hotel for any function

Rooms are quite spacious. Internet could be better. Good size TV and good size bathroom.

I was there for meetings. Nice, different rooms for meetings with a relaxed/eccentric feel.

We had a very bad experience, I would recommend looking for a different hotel to stay at. They are not helpful, they don t care about the people that stay . We have been calling all week to discuss a problem with them and they don t even bother to call us back. Basically they just don t care! We will never stay there again.

Excellent staff, run down property. No enforcement of "no smoking" policy- very disappointing.

Before booking, I called to confirm the entire hotel was non smoking (based upon past reviews indicating problems with smoke). I was assured that smoking indoors is prohibited. Upon arrival- the entire building (especially the 3rd floor- entire floor- all hallways, vents, etc smell absolutely disgusting. Between cigarette smoke and weed, it was impossible to breathe freely inside this hotel. Literally all day my room stunk of smoke..... and it seems this is a known problem at this hotel- very disappointing.
That said, the staff is excellent. From reception (very helpful) to a very friendly GM, and engineering services- everyone was very friendly.

Happy surprise as to how nice of a hotel located on Rte. 30. Rooms were clean, big, and comfortable. Even the downstairs lounge was busy and it was Thanksgiving night!

Good staff. They always revenge repeat customers. The only problem I have with the hotel is how you can hear other guests from your room. Other than that it's a good place to stay.

My stay was pretty much awful in every way possible.

Over priced bar. Room key cards kept getting voided. Had to change cards 3 times.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had and on my wedding night! For March 3rd we booked a suite and paid in advance. We arrive there the night to get into our room and the hotel gave our room away! Not even a normal room a suite and they give it away after we already paid months in advance. I call to get customer service involved and was told that I would receive a call in about 5 days to assist with my experience. We drove home because there was no where to stay and we lived 3 hours away. Which is ridiculous, and still to this day have not reieceved a call or any compensation for this horrible night. I would give a 0 if I could.
