I was rear ended on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I had no clue what to do, so I called Woburn Foreign Auto Body and they said to come on over and they would take care of everything. And boy did they!! They easily explained the process between the insurances, their role and got me immediately in a rental. They regularly sent me photos and emails to keep me informed of each step along the process. They calmly and quickly answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt incredibly well taken care of!
