I had very bad experience this time to fix my car s front bumper, on 8/24/15 Monday morning I had dropped off my car to fix, after that, they had pretty good to send me update pictures standing how the processing going.

We had been very patient waiting for few weeks, in the meantime I also called few times to checking out why taking so long, the receptionist gave me the answer was, they used wrong VIN number ordering wrong bumper, so they needed to reorder the correct one to fix. When the car readily to pick up, we will call you,

Last Wednesday September 16, I went into the body shop in person, and talked to guy what s happening, why took so long to fix the small job.

He explained to me that the mechanical made mistakes, error again , they put wrong color on the bumper, they needed reprint it. The car will be ready to pick up tomorrow, so Thursday morning I called in again, they told me the car will be ready to pick up before 5:00pm.

We picked up the car on Saturday morning, during that time, there was big tree cover the sun, we couldn t tell the difference, by the time we got home, we realized that they didn t reprint the bumper, the color was still difference.

We had to bring the car back to body shop to let them fix again we had been there six times, still not done yet.

What a terrible custom service; nobody seems care what they are doing, I felt like I waste my time to handling things with them, it made me nervous.

I don t think I will every come back to this body shop again and never recommend to everyone!!!!
