Not really reachable by phone, callback is tried once and that was it. Better to VW partner. Technically ok, all the defects in the car were turned off and the annoying noise that disappeared every time a technician sat in the car is permanently gone.

Addendum: The staff is friendly and aware of the problem in terms of accessibility, but it is probably wanted by the management. Service employees read and answer emails!

Hello, I notice on the grounds of the VW "Authorized Partner" that one of the parking lights no longer worked, the opposite of the beginning when I had the car taken. The employee's answer was that this may happen, but they are not responsible for it. With a lot of effort I could get his signature - as confirmation that I had not delivered the car in the state. At a meeting with the store manager was first agreed that I pay a new lamp, and then with it is mounted free of charge. That's exactly how it happened, but despite the changed lamp, the error was not resolved. Now I am afraid to continue to address the issue, because they may break something else and again it will say that this is my problem. In addition, I feel that the prices are inflated and that in this context customers are partially cheated.

After a long search on the Internet and at dealers throughout Germany, I had almost given up hope to get my dream car. But by a stroke of luck and a recommendation, I found the Vw dealership in Berlin. Here I felt from the first moment excellent, competent and customer friendly as well as individually by the sales team in particular in the person of Mr. Gendola advise. Such a full comprehensive and flexible service, I have rarely experienced and I had already bought some new cars in the past Order, the somewhat challenging new car procurement, the purchase of the end-of-life vehicle as well as the registration and deregistration as well as the handing over, no wish remained open. Incredibly bad service. When changing tires, the time in the VW calendar did not match the agreed time. Our car was parked unlocked by the service employee in the VW parking lot. Different employees made different judgments beforehand about the suitability of the old winter tires. New winter tires were simply ordered, although lastly something else was discussed by phone. The entire tire change including waiting, annoying, discussing was just under two hours on October 19, 2017! Anyone who can do something should avoid this dealership!

We expressed our interest and asked for the possibility of a test drive - the answer came promptly and surprised very much: "Test drive is only on purchase - test drive with us and then buy elsewhere - we do not." We do not know where this "employee" has his clairvoyant abilities, we have been buying cars every 3 years for years, but we've never experienced anything like that, so it's a reason for us to avoid this branch.

I am very dissatisfied with the vehicle since
after 30,000 km, the brake discs had to be renewed and after 42,000 km, the starter and the battery are defective. I am very dissatisfied with the service, because one is treated very arrogant and condescending. The last phone call with the service employee Mr. Grauert was the culmination of the impudence. If one is still laughed at by an employee and he is not even able to give a quotation for the reading of a radio code, which was not given to me when the vehicle was purchased, this beats the bottom of the barrel.
You should definitely avoid this car dealership!

I can only agree with the reviews here.
Who expects service, friendly staff and fair rates for trade-in his old cars is definitely WRONG!
No one is interested in the customers in the car dealership. The sellers are hiding in their glass boxes all the time. If you dare to address one of these rare creatures, it reacts very busy and with short and uninterested answers. There is not even a place offered.

I was there the last 2 weekends and was determined to spend a 5-digit amount on a used car. After I reserved a suitable car (I searched out myself on the internet), I got an appointment for the evaluation of my old car (1 week wait) to trade-in.
Yesterday I am glad again in the dealership to "evaluation".
This went also jerk-Zuck. After max. 10 minutes came the seller with a multi-page opinion about my car to me and presented me an underground price offer. (1/3 of the market value eg Mobile / de)
Stupid only that I had in the waiting area all the time my car in view. So I do not know how the report came about in such a short time, but my car did not look up close. Apparently, the employees are so experienced here that you can create an opinion in your glass boxes alone by intense staring at the vehicle license!

I am speechless and annoyed. Why did I wait 1 week for this appointment ... ..

Well you do not see me again .... I buy my new car elsewhere ..

At the beginning of the year I bought my used Golf 7 here. When I called on Saturday morning, I asked if the vehicle was still available. I was openly invited to view by the sales consultant. Once there, the object of desire was ready in the house. The fact that it rained that day made the situation even more startling. It was very good that the car was not crammed into a hundred other vehicles, but that I could look at it in peace. After a short conversation with the sales consultant, the test drive was formally forced on us without having to ask :) "We should test the car first and then we could talk about other topics ...". After the extensive test drive, the mandatory negotiation followed in a more than relaxed atmosphere. I always felt that I was negotiating on the same level and that my own ideas were being followed. In the end we were able to agree on a great result and I bought the car the same day.
All in all it was a great day and I really enjoyed buying the car there. The service and everything around it was great. The day was decisively shaped by Mr. Bogunovic. His way of selling is unique, he has ensured the relaxed flair and the good gut feeling when buying.

The in-house service also ran without problems. Before the appointment I got a reminder by SMS. When it was handed in, everything worked on time and the car was finished earlier than planned. Before and after the service everything was explained to me by the service consultant.

They offer 400 E Euroo for repair. But that's not all. Stand in the yard, wait about 1/2 hour. I was smart enough today. Just waited 20 minutes. THANK YOU

Level of communication and professional approach that I have witnessed during by purchase, gave me a confidence to buy the car that I haven't even physically seen or drove on a test drive. Level of details that I had been acknowledged, have been on highest possible level. Among mentioned things, this was also my first purchase from abroad.
Mr. Henning Witte was a representative from seller side who guided me through all these steps. Because of everything mentioned, I'm looking forward to my next deal with Volkswagen Automobile Berlin.

Despite being responsible for the whole mess with the diesel and exhaust affair, they are not exactly trying to make up for their mistake or reputation. This is disappointing.

Only: On Mondays, far too many customers in the shop for too few staff. Waiting time on the phone. But all the staff were very nice and took time for me.

Abundantly disorganized. Badly reachable by phone, with new car search neither the quite common model VW Passat Variant in the showroom nor the current color samples. Have the car then bought elsewhere. New car had a quirk in electronics, wg. Proximity to the place of residence then drove to this workshop. The responsible employee then just went to work, without calling me in advance if / when I can pick up the car, because I had to check myself. Lousy wagons, staff has simply put the engine a little awkwardly in front of the workshop, and I was then allowed to slip backwards even there. Error allegedly fixed, after 10km drive but then again. To other workshop, which were friendly, the same telephone feedback after repair, bug fixed, now everything is fine. That's also clear, which is my new favorite workshop. At least not Franklinstrasse.

I leased a car in this dealership in June 2020. The consultant / seller Mr. Bessert was very friendly and competent. He was able to answer all my questions about leasing and convincingly clarify my little "worries". He took a lot of time for everything and always came to meet me with the appointments.
I am super satisfied with the quick processing and the good handling. The car handover was very detailed and helpful (since it is my first VW).
Anyone interested in buying new equipment or leasing should contact Martin Bessert. A clear recommendation - professional and human!

Terribly bad service and customer focus.

Every year the tires from VW Franklinstr. changed and stored. A new problem every year.
- Hubcaps removed last year, should I pay.
- This year, wheel nuts for alloy rims gone, should I pay.
- Service booklet cannot be found after inspection

According to the handover protocol, nothing was ever put in the trunk. The service couldn't help with inquiries. The customer was to blame. Not normal with the crowd.
I have the inspection carried out by another dealer, the tire has been outsourced! Customer away.

I went to the dealership on May 28th, 2017 to update my diesel.
The reception service was very friendly, but unfortunately had no idea and had to ask 3 times to give a final answer.
The whole appointment was totally deconstructive.
The car key was taken wordlessly and the customer's requests were only indirectly addressed.
I expected that the car would be connected to a diagnostic computer before and after the update and that all relevant data would be made available to the customer.
because with this intervention the engine electronics are massively interfered with and the customer should probably be fooled into thinking that this update is a small intervention.
The car was given back without a word and not a word was said about the actual measure.
And on the way home I noticed that the air conditioning had failed after the update, which was definitely still working before the update.
So I called 4 times and 4 times I was referred to the answering machine, although there was enough service staff who could have picked up the receiver.
But the customer is treated like dirt.
After 4 (!) Hours I was called back and asked for.
In the meantime I had been able to repair the damage myself, because the climatronic was being played around and the employee at the other end was very surprised.
For me it was the last VW and this dealership earned a straight 6.
In this regard, I will complain to the management and at VW itself about how customers are treated, because you have to protect other customers from such people.

At VW it was only said that I should have read the operating instructions, it says that the procedure should be cleaned. Inspection at 45.000km was done so far "perfectly", but my vehicle received a special farewell. Therefore, I recommend WASHING car daily (for me was the last ablution 3 days ago) and to pick up the car in peace to pick up (the classic and my mistake, since I noticed the scratches only exactly 35 minutes later). A trainee polishing 10-15 minutes was unfortunately not in it, really a pity, but coincides with the current press reports. When the vehicle was still under warranty, I had a problem with the driver's side window, which was not closing smoothly. Then, without an appointment (I was thrilled, my 1 mistake in this house), silicone was sprayed in and what can I say it has for works a few weeks.
