Very large store as far as JW go. Good stock levels, expensive but often have discounts for students.

Wonderful store, staff are always friendly and helpful

Rudest and most unpleasant customer service I have ever experienced, even when choosing several items to buy I was told to hurry up . I had not been in the shop more than 5 minutes and had also had to a queue outside like the others waiting. Apparently my kids were not allowed to be customers and choose their clothes for themselves either as they take up too many places in the shop. The juvenile staff in here handled a situation they started badly. Save your money and shop on line or elsewhere and have a better experience. Just not worth the visit.

Lots of fashion clothing, helpful staff, nice environment. Prices are what you'd expect for a mid range fashion retailer.

This JW store is the largest I have visited so far with two whole floors.
There were lots of staff on hand to help. Staff were friendly.
Would recommend a visit.

Since I left Navy I have met many many Jacks. At present I have two friends called Jack. I also have an American relative called Jackie which is like a lady version of Jack. My wife really enjoys lates 80s House music! She is always "Jack, Jack, Jacking Da House!"
So Imagine my surprise when I discovered a Shop in Salcombe run by a Jack especially for Jacks. If you want to buy some clothes you could go here.

The 2 ladies who helped us were really lovely and helpful, however we came to collect an order and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to collect it from the back, whereas we went in on monday and the whole order was done in less than 5 minutes
