Under no circumstances go to this branch! We were lied to and cheated by this branch. Before the leasing contract was signed, a delivery date was promised within 5 weeks. This is the only reason why we decided to sign the contract there, although we had a better offer elsewhere, but with a later delivery date.

After the seller (Mr. Centimur) pushed back the delivery date several times, we called the branch manager Mr. Geller, who simply hung up after describing the request.

The contract stipulated M July as the delivery date, which should later mean the month of July and not as promised in mid-July.

Since there was still no delivery date in sight at the end of August, we set a reasonable delivery time for the branch and VW Leasing. Since this was also not observed, we have withdrawn from the contract.

Now VW is demanding compensation from us of over 6000. This cannot be beaten in audacity. Rather think twice before signing a contract there.

We want to buy a VW Caddy. The commercial vehicles department does not have enough vehicles on display (no Comfortline or Highline models) nor motivated sellers.

A consultation after 20 minutes was only possible through active contact.
A demonstration of equipment options (perhaps also on other models) was not possible. The seller couldn't even show us photos for the equipment option reading lights and spotlights in the passenger compartment. Of course it didn't occur to him to send them to us by email.

We are currently considering whether to get a petrol or natural gas version. On the subject of "VW natural gas auto offensive", the VW salesman only had one thing.
There is too little demand from us because it doesn't pay off. "Business customers take out their calculators and say it's not worthwhile. Natural gas is more like something that customers want to do something good with conviction." A test drive is not possible because you have not approved a natural gas version and are not planning a permit. He did not have an alternative to it (different model or other dealer). In terms of motivation, no wonder if you don't sell natural gas cars. With us, the natural gas decision with max. 10,000km per year actually linked to economic and ecological aspects because the investment is higher and we hardly save any money in the long term. Nevertheless, it would have been easy and right to get a little more excited about the natural gas car.

The bottom line is a poor consultation where we left without a new appointment more indecisively than we came. We will now do the test drive again at the VW dealership in Babelberg, where the seller already made a personable and motivated impression on the phone. We'll see if we drive Caddy in 2018; 0)

I bought a used car here a week ago. My salesman was Mr. Witte and I can praise him as well as the entire transaction itself in the highest tones.
Mr. Witte presented himself absolutely professionally from the first telephone call to the handover of the car. Objective, accommodating, reliable. The car was explained to me in detail - previous owners, previous damage, special features. My questions, wishes and ideas were comprehensively considered and realized. Of course it remains a business and own negotiating skills are helpful. This is not my strength. And yet I am very satisfied. After previous experience in another contracted car dealership, this was one that showed how smooth a car purchase can be. I would always look, search and buy here again. Clear recommendation.

A tire change broke the key for the anti-theft wheel bolts and I went to the VW dealership to release the wheel bolts to get new ones put into them.

After my first appearance, I was not served, as there was a risk for safety reasons that something could happen when loosening the anti-theft wheel bolts something on the way to the workshop that changed my tires. I understood that in so far, but find it meaningless to drive at just 600m distance instead of 5 with only 4 wheel bolts per tire that something like this could happen.

After my workshop now solved two wheel bolts, they were beaten out with a hammer and chisel, asked me, with the two tightened wheel bolts on the rear axle again in the Franklinstr. to drive to solve the last two AND to tighten the new ones, I waited for a request by Fr. Simon about a 3/4 hour to be told that an order must be written and this work of about 5 Min could happen later, but I would have to leave the car but for it.

I have no understanding for this business conduct, as I could have said at the beginning that it takes longer.

At my request to vote an appointment, I was told that the other customers would naturally have priority and I have to wait.

Unbelievable this whole situation.

A dealership that I can not recommend in any way, when it comes to small, not very time-consuming things! Especially since I'm the paying clientele!

On 10.06.2017, I made a leasing contract with Okan Cintemur.

The long story short fooled me. I definitely do not recommend. May Allah not compare anyone with bad people.

I will try to explain some of the following to those who are curious.

I found a ready car in Hamburg before I ordered the car from him.

However, he insisted that he should take the vehicle in 5 weeks and that he would handle the transactions very easily in Berlin. I agreed to give 10 more (!) Per month and signed the contract.

The car is ready to arrive in 5 weeks. The 28th week was repeated here over the phone and in the office. (I have witnesses.)

He kept distracting me constantly. For example, he said that he would return the mails I sent on Tuesday by phone on Friday and provide detailed information next Monday-Tuesday. He did this twice.

By the way, I am waiting for my car with a pure and a thousand excitement. I have to go to Istanbul for business. I said I'll go there by car for convenience. I made my road plan. I searched all the necessary things for the long way from the refrigerator to the cleaning products and ordered them one by one.

The week I was going to pick up the car, he told me that delivery was not possible. He said that maybe it will not happen in July, I will deliver it in August. You can guess the frustration I have experienced. I asked for the contract to be canceled, but it did not.

For the complaint, I called his manager (Rico Geller) and started to explain. After a while, he hung up the phone. Right after that, I called ten times. When I asked later, he told me that he could not hurt because he was a customer. (I am already an alien, I am not a customer until everything gets the car. When I request the cancellation of the same person again, I have a fair offer for you. Call me. The verbal expressions do not have any binders. Please write by mail I did not answer again.

It was exactly 3 months and I suffered financial damage. I couldn't buy another vehicle because they did not cancel. You will understand that I am disgraced.
I said I'll use my legal right and cancel. They answer that we do not want to cancel.

It says M.07.2017 in the contract I signed. As I wrote above, several times after 5 weeks / 28. Said KW / Mitte Juli. I have a witness. Now they wrote that they can deliver on 16.10.17.
There is a lot other than that, but it has been long enough.

They'll do me with the lawyer, the case, but I won't give up.

Oh, I got burned, don't burn. May Allah not drop anyone to such people.

My vehicle (Passat CC) was damaged in a traffic accident and should now be repaired by a Volkswagen dealership. Cost about 4,000 .

1) Extremely difficult to reach by telephone. In order to establish a communication, I drove there directly from the end. A reasonable telecommunications system is not there.

2) On the day of the vehicle levy, something was said about "emergency installation". The vehicle should not be repaired, but brought to its fully intact condition before the accident!

3) After the vehicle delivery I should get a rental car. No one was in the rental department. Only on demand and 10 minutes of waiting, an employee who grouped me below the polo, as this was to his knowledge my vehicle. After a short clarification, I was allowed to join a Golf VII Lounge.

4) The repair time of 3-4 days - according to the report - was exceeded by 5. I got my vehicle back after 9 working days! Where I was assured after 5 days each time "tomorrow he is ready". The paint and body work seem to overwhelm the workshop massively.

5) My vehicle was brought by a valet parking employee. I do not know how far the good man had to drive, but more than a seat adjustment (only push backwards) is not possible in my opinion. After I had made all the adjustment of the mirror, seat and steering wheel adjustment, I was finally able to drive from the plot of this dilettante car dealership.

Conclusion:

Come with a broken tire, the mechanic immediately tries to sell all 4 tires although they are only 2 years old and do not need to be changed. Advice and information mutated into a sales conversation and you had to google every word because there was simply no trust left.

Dates are absolutely not observed, neither when picking up the vehicle (usually 15-30 minutes later than scheduled), nor when returning the vehicle. Our own statement "we will call you at a certain time" has never been kept. If you call yourself you will not reach anyone and you will only get a call back with the information from your colleague who will tell you later what can only happen days later.

Dealing with customers in such a form is absolutely wrong. Instead of repairing the car (especially in warranty cases), everything is turned on.
