Incredibly bad service. When changing tires, the time in the VW calendar did not match the agreed time. Our car was parked unlocked by the service employee in the VW parking lot. Different employees made different judgments beforehand about the suitability of the old winter tires. New winter tires were simply ordered, although lastly something else was discussed by phone. The entire tire change including waiting, annoying, discussing was just under two hours on October 19, 2017! Anyone who can do something should avoid this dealership!
