I was in the dealership today to look at a potential new car. A salesperson asked for his help and then recommended that I prefer to view photos on the internet rather than to advise me. Such a condescending, arrogant and unfriendly behavior I have rarely encountered. It's a pity, but my next car will certainly not be a Volkswagen.
