My personal experience: Impossible service. You run after the team for weeks for information, the agreements are not kept and the seller seems annoyed that he is contacted. Never again VW and certainly not in this dealership.

Wanted to lease a car and compared a few prices. The leasing offer was significantly more expensive than that at VW in Wolfsburg itself. The seller was asked very arrogantly and explained to me that if I had to, I could surely grant a 1-2 (!) Discount. I then leased somewhere else.

- The service is still good to very good, appointments and callbacks work flawlessly. Worth mentioning is also the friendly and good canteen at lunchtime.

- The staff at the front desk are sometimes friendlier and more accommodating than two years ago - it depends on the person. Nevertheless, this is an unsatisfactory situation when you have to go to the reception. And some of the women certainly should not work there, because they might be the reason to go to another VW dealership: grumpy, curt, and then as good as incompetent; they give partly completely out of the air answers, just to say something.

2 years ago:

- Telephone appointment was friendly and accommodating on three occasions; it was also called back quickly.

- Service work and associated advice were impeccable.

- Unacceptable, however, the grumpy and little customer-oriented nature of some employees at the service counter. It seems to be mainly concerned with oneself. That's really uncomfortable, and it keeps coming up. Why does not that change, VW?

For a car that costs 25,000 and suffered an engine failure 8000 km after purchase ... Very, very weak. I had problems with the brakes, on site I was told it was again "ABS unit" so it was replaced. After having exchanged it, the full professionals have determined that it is not ABS unit, but control unit.
I was told, as a VW workshop control unit can not repair, let alone get a new one.
Kullanterweise I should be satisfied that I was not charged the cost of the ABS unit.

The desired car was already sold, so we arranged an appointment for another phone call. Already 1 week before this appointment Mr. Witte called me and asked if I still have interest in the car, because he is free again. I made an appointment directly with Mr. Witte for a visit ... 2 days later and mind you on Easter Saturday. So I went to Berlin without a hitch, looked at the car and signed the contract. The further processing was extremely good ... I delivered all documents as quickly as possible, Mr. Witte has done everything to shorten the time to collection. In sum, I have only had positive experiences. From the advice on the presentation of the car to handling and picking everything went wonderfully. And even after half a year with the car I'm still satisfied with the decision. Defintiv 5 stars for this dealership and especially for Mr. Witte!

Abgabe wurde extra gefragt ob das Fzg gewaschen werden soll... nichts wurde gemacht, weder gewaschen noch ausgesaugt.
