1 point for VW and the service is too much! The purest rip off of any kind. No matter what broke in the guarantee, they had to check it and even billed me for it and still claims it would not be a guarantee damage! What did the pointless insurance do to me at the time? Why did I pay so much money for the non-comprehensive insurance? I have only had trouble with them for 3 years and every time I hire a lawyer I was told that it was not necessary, we could have clarified ..... f .... y .... we could have clarified. Nobody in Tempelhof has a plan! So it's best to think about VW several times

The car is awesome and everything went well. BUT after handover, a small deficiency turned out and Mr Weniger was suddenly not friendly but nasty and very rude and left me just .... Very sad that the positive impression was so quickly broken ....

Good and quality service which justifies in a way the price.
They serve you fairly quickly and the vehicles are usually ready quite quickly too.

Technically okay so far but the service is not working.

Hardly accessible by phone. In the past, pick-up dates have not been kept and I have not previously been informed by phone. Instead, waiting was announced locally.

Now an appointment for the wheel change in October was stored in their system at a different time than agreed on the phone. Of course, I did not notice that until the day before. A postponement of the appointment was no longer possible and the next possible date I was offered mid-November. That's how long I should drive around with summer tires.

Despite the many bad reviews, I wanted to give the dealership a chance because it is close to my workplace. Now I'm too upset about the lack of organization that I'm going to look for another workshop. That's better for my blood pressure. :-)

I bought a used car there and at the beginning was still very satisfied with the service we received, we were also assured that the car would be processed quickly, that I could still pick it up on my vacation, but after the money had been transferred the order was postponed 3 weeks at short notice.

My old car was already deregistered and it was only said that the spare part (a valve in the radiator) that is installed is very, very rare and it takes a while until a replacement is available. This problem was known in advance and was even communicated to us when they announced the original pick-up date.

According to the motto, when you have the customer on the hook, you can lean back and relax and take care of new customers first.

Professionally, I had access to this vehicle for 4 weeks.
The delivery price was around 45,000 euros. The vehicle looks like a normal Golf. On the road, I would estimate the NP at 28,000 euros, so disproportionately overpriced.
The driving performance and acceleration were really pleasant. According to the manufacturer, the range is 300 km. In reality, I was able to drive 180-190 km on one charge. Air conditioning in the summer was of course active.
A range of 300 km, even over 220 km, should only be achieved on a closed-off area, without heating, air conditioning. My business
185 km was realized with a relatively new battery, if the battery is older, one can assume a loss of range of around 1.7% per year, so the car will still manage 170 km in real terms after 5 years. The loss in value should be large due to technological advances. On the autobahn, the 45,000 euro vehicle reached a maximum of 145 km / h, more was not possible. The range should be around 130-140 km at 145 km / h. The capacity here fell extremely. Driving on the motorway should be avoided or max. 80 km / h.
The vehicle is perhaps suitable for idealists as a 2 or 3 vehicle, completely unsuitable for normal use. The difficulty of finding charging locations is not even taken into account. According to the owner, he had 4 defects in 6 months that led to not driving.

Arrival and service is ok, but right after warranty some parts are already broken (heat exchanger for 2000 euro, xenon lamp, etc.), I had to pay up to 50%, I thought that was not okay. What do you pay over 30 thousand euros, please, nice, only for 2 years, no, next time I do not join, other car manufacturers such as Toyota, Honda, etc. Since I get a 5-year warranty and a lot, 2 stars are already too much

This is the worst place to buy a car. It's been 3 months since I got mine but they still have the title of the car. Before buying everybody spoke english, now they don't do it anymore. They don't even know how to solve any problem. Worst experience in the world.

Incredible, a service check for 570 although a cost estimate of 450 was made. And now comes the hammer, These 570 include: wiper blade exchange, vehicle readout and service lamp off, air conditioning and filter change. No more, no oil or brake fluid change.

This is fraud on the customer!

We were put off with a bad vehicle cleaning on the outside and incredibly superficially sucked foot space as a bonus.
