The reason for the visit was an oil consumption measurement. 1st appointment: more than 2 hours waiting time (drain, weigh, fill). For the second follow-up appointment (same process), there was a recommendation to leave it there. 1 day - WE - 2 days - public holiday - 3rd day - no information, no callback, no replies to mails with callback requests. Speechless and stunned.
