Unfortunately, I waited for 2 hours for my standard 5,000 mile service which I was told should take 45 min when I scheduled it. The service advisor left for lunch in the middle of me waiting and didn t say anything or pass me off to someone else. I am extremely displeased with the customer service.

Teavy was my sales person. Her knowledge of the vehicle I choose was excellent. She was very professional, friendly and was not pushy. She helped me pick the right car for my needs and I appreciated that. She was very attentive without being smothering. I would definitely recommend Valey Lexus.

I took my car in to get my tire that was low checked out and a 150,000 service. They found a recall on a part and wanted to keep my car overnight, they gave me a loaner car and it was fine. The next day I don t hear from anyone all day. The day after that it s fetting close to 5pm and I still have t heard anything so I call and they give me to a new advisor they havedown there who said my car was done and they patched the tire. When I got there the report showed I needed 3 new tires and new brake pads in the back, but no one had called me asking if I would like that done, which I would of said yes. So by the next day the patched tire was flat again and I noticed my Lexus symbol valve stem cover was missing on one of the other tires. I ve been to this dealership many times and this is the second time I wasn t happy. Last time my car stayed overnight, someone stole my front license plate and they did nothing about it
It was excellent. Starting with Theavy Ford. All the people after that were also great. My wife and I were very satisfied with all the professional service.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but I have been bringing my vehicle for service here since day one. I find that the service department should do more to assist customers. I can not say that I have ever had a stellar experience, my last experience was that my vehicle was in at 10:45am for the 20k service which I was told would take 1hr. I asked for a loaner and asked to be called as soon as my vehicle was ready. I had to call at 12:45pm and was told that my service advisor was at lunch and no one but him could tell me if my car was ready. I proceeded to drive back to the dealership, my vehicle was done and parked out front. I went in and was told that my service advisor was still not back and he hadn't completed the paperwork so the car was not ready to leave. After explaining that it had almost been 3 hrs, that my car was sitting there completed and that I had appointments to get to they had someone else finish the paperwork so I could leave. There has to be a better way to handle this! A customer should not have to wait that long over paperwork! If I hadn't pushed the issue with needing to leave I'm assuming that they would have waited for my service advisor to come back from lunch and finish the paperwork before I would have got my car. I would hope they do something to address this so things like this don't happen again in the future.
Took in my girlfriend s key fobs to get them replaced. The service associate (Shane) was very helpful and very nice to us, we were very happy with his sense of humor and great service We will be back in the future! Thanks Shane 5 stars for you my friend.
My car was just expertly serviced again by Valley Lexus. I appreciate their prompt, professional service. This is my third Lexus and I have to say the service dept is what keeps me a loyal customer! They go out of their way to make my service appts pleasant, every time.
After receiving a call to pick the vehicle after my service was completed. I went back to the dealer and checked in to sign off for my service. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get my vehicle. I waited 20 minutes to sign a piece of paper which took 30 seconds to do to get my keys. That is ridiculous! Usually Ruben takes care of me and hes excellent, but that day I was with ed.
This is our 6th new vehicle and the best buying experience ever: Emerald Green 1980 Honda Accord, Red 1984 Honda Accord, Teal 1998 Ford Explorer Sport, Silver 2001 VW Super Beetle, Barcelona Red 2010 Toyota Prius and today 09-14-2019 at Modesto's Valley Lexus an Atomic Silver 2019 Lexus 250h Hybrid Sport F Circuit Red interior. Valley Lexus salesman emailed us an unbelievable price below any Lexus dealer in California and Valley Lexus honored it.
No price negotiations. Our credit was fair and interest rate commensurate. Our special requests in how to prep vehicle for pre delivery were followed. Finance Manager was also straightforward, quick and efficient with electronic desktop table from purchase to approval. I plead the 5th Amendment to tell you our down payment would incriminate how broke we were because my new employer paying way over 6 figures wasn't set to hire me until 2 days later Monday. We walked in at 10 and drove out 3 hours later. Too bad they don't sell the 2020 Ford Escape plug-in Hybrid. Contrary to reviews the touch pad reliably worked with screen that was not a touch screen. The 'Piano keyboard' dashboard was intuitive despite reviews. Darn those damning fickle reviews.
Awsome experience! I cannot express fully in words on how great these guys are. First of all, I live 2 hours away from Valley Lexus and at the last minute my girlfriend found a car online(Valley Lexus). I emailed our inquiry to Justin Merando around 9 PM the night before and was emailed right away the following day(8/2/2017). I had ask if they could possibly stay open after hours to assist us in the email and when I called Justin the same day he had no hesitation on accompanying us. My girlfriend and I got off work and 5 PM and we didn't reach Valley Lexus until 7:20 PM(7 PM was closing time). When we arrive we were nicely greeted by Justin as it seem everyone else had already left home. Justin had already taken the necessary steps to get the car detailed and ready for us to test drive. The process went smoothly as he had already worked ahead of time to get everything pre-approved. We were then greeted by Terrance Cooper, the finance manager who got us approved for our loan through the credit union we wanted. He was very professional and assured us we could definitely choose the bank of our choice. Terrance not only assisted us on our loan, but also gave us helpful financial information we could definitely use for future reference. Overall these two guys made our experience at Valley Lexus beyond welcoming. They stayed several hours after closing time, and we did not for one second felt as they were in a rush to get us out of there. They took their time making sure we understood all transactions and paper work. These guys not only made us feel like customers, we definitely felt like family. Justin was more than kind enough to brew us two fresh cups of coffee on our way back home and Terrance was more than open enough to offer his assistance with any financial questions. We are extremely happy with our purchase, but more importantly we were blown away by the staff who represents Valley Lexus of Modesto, CA.
Had a great experience with Valley Lexus, Eddie (General Manager), David (Sales person) and Chris (Finance) made obtaining a vehicle with such stress free, friendly /family atmosphere. Of course the price $$ is the most important and critical transaction of it all, so believe me the team at Valley Lexus are in full speed to go above and beyond to make that deal happen. I had 8 months left on my lease with over the mileage limit on my contract. Eddie got me out of the old contract at no cost and added rebates to get me into a new 2021 Lexus that fit my budget since I am retired. I have been to other surrounding Lexus dealerships in the past but never experience a personal and friendly one to one meeting where the General Manager made the deal happen in his office. Is it possible to have an enjoyable experience when purchasing a car? YES! After many bad experiences over the years with dealers agreeing in person to one thing, then trying to sneak in changes in the contract, or trying to convince me I wanted something I didn't, or trying to force an extended warranty on me, or being just downright rude and condescending to me as a woman purchasing on my own, I have dreaded car shopping more than I would a root canal! In fact, I've wanted a new car for 2 years and I've procrastinated because I've had such bad previous experiences. Shopping on Autotrader I found a used car I was interested in, 2 hours from Fresno in Modesto! I wasn't sure it was worth the travel, but it was 100% worth every mile! Tim and Justin in sales were so incredibly helpful, from the moment they answered the phone, to the end of the whole transaction when I was given a restaurant recommendation and they offered to take my picture in front of the new car. Justin put the car to the side when he learned I was driving from Fresno so it couldn't be sold before I got there, and he texted me to let me know he'd be busy when I arrived, but would have Tim assist me. These two guys were so pleasant, never tried to convince me I wanted something else, didn't play games, were just helpful and knowledgeable and so professional and pleasant. Then the finance manager, Terrance went over the paperwork, didn't try to convince me I needed an extended warranty, didn't try to convince me to go with their financing and said, "I'll be honest, we won't be able to match your credit union - stick with them". He was funny, professional, and the entire transaction took less than an hour. From the time I arrived for a test drive, until the time I left, I spent 1 1/2 hours! ON A SATURDAY!!! It was like hanging out with old friends people were so friendly. I will recommend this dealer to all my friends and family because this is how buying a car should be! From the moment you walk onto the grounds, until the time you drive off, just A+ service! The owner/operator of this place has done a fantastic job learning how to deliver great customer service! I will be going back! It's 100% worth the 2 hour drive!
I had a delivery pipe recall on my Lexus and not only did they replace the pipe but they also washed my car, vacuumed it inside, topped off all the fluids, did inspections and they filled up my gas tank at no cost. Excellent service.
Took a while to get my car in on recall but once I was in they got done pretty fast and gave me a cool loaner wish it would have been the LC500 lol but it was still nice
I was very impressed with the service that I recierec at Valley Lexus! Everyone was so knowledge and helpful. The check in and out process was fast and easy. The wait room area was very clean and well stocked with water, coffee, and soda. Bathrooms we're also very clean and well maintained. They also offer a loaner car if they need to keep your car for the day. Best experience I have had at a car dealership!
Valley Lexus is the best! Making my appt for the recall on my car was easy and they were efficient.Not only was I greeted with a smile, but they took care of me while they had my car. I was able to choose what car I wanted to drive off the lot while they had my vehicle. And the car i drove was a BEAUTY I FELL IN LOVE AGAIN! It is now in my future plans! They worked around my work schedule for drop off and pick up time. My car was ready early recall fixed and completed..they let me know what care my car was needing for future. And they also left me with a full tank of gas, and my car had been washed and vacuumed out! I drove away a very satisfied customer! I love LEXUS ! #forevercustomer Thank you!!

I am being generous with the score here because I am reasonable. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted. Process was relatively quick and easy, the Sales Rep nor the Finance Manager were too pushy and it was pretty transactional. In terms of process, I was content. Follow up too from multiple parties involved was good.
That being said, and I hope this is at least acknowledged internally as feedback on the customer service side of things. One of our Sales Reps made literally no effort to build rapport with us. He barely said a word during the walk-around, drive test, and into the office leading up to the signing. Did not ask one question about how our day was going, how we liked the car, nor even talked about the specs on the car (unless we asked). Hello? You're trying to sell a car. Talk to me like I'm a human being. I would imagine any Salesman, even in retail, would make an effort sharing some details and special features on the product they're trying to sell even if the customer has an idea. It was the exact opposite to the point where if I asked a question, I felt guilty even inquiring about it in the first place. The thought of feeling patronized as a customer still blows my mind. I'm truly embarrassed for this person and myself for having experienced it at a Lexus of all places. I'm even apprehensive to pick up the phone and call their sales office ever again. It was such an awkward exchange of conversation, or lack thereof. I just hope that not talking to your customers isn't part of your sales tactic.
At the end of the day, I bear no ill will to this Sales Rep. Maybe they just had a bad day. I get it. Just remember, this is a LUXURY brand, and thus your customers are expecting good, if not amazing service.
Elena Flores gave an outstanding customer service experience making sure that me and my car are well taken cared of. She helped me with tire purchase and replacement a few weeks ago and kept me informed or updated as to the progress. A few days ago, my car suffered a minor scratch so I had to call the service department once again. Once again, Elena came to the rescue and had me bring my car on that same day, faster than I thought. Mark Buchanon, the details manager worked on the damage right away and before I could even get settled in the waiting area, my car was ready and I was out of the dealership in less than half an hour-record breaking! Thanks to staff like Elena and Mark for keeping up with the values of what a good customer service is and what does it mean to be a Lexus customer. Not only great but but excellent job for both of them!
Todd Sanders at Valley Lexus should be your first stop when purchasing a Lexus. He is a man of his word, as well as a low pressure - high result professional. My recent trade from a 2010 to a 2012 Lexus was one of the best experiences in a long list of car buying over decades. Lexus is a # 1 brand, and Valley Lexus is a great dealership. Once you buy, the service team is also excellent. I strongly recommend Todd as a man of integrity, and Valley Lexus as a dealership for those of you seeking a strong professional relationship.
This dealer doesn't care about customer service, this is not the first time this happened, they need to train employees for a good customer service, cordial treatment and better way to return phone calls. I don't recommend to go this place, you should look for another place

Mostly good service up until recently. Took me almost three weeks to get an appointment because only ONE service representative will return my calls the others will not return calls even to say there are no available times for the date I give them. Also my car has 120,000+ miles on it now, but some things have happened that make me rethink the Lexus brand. Both times I ve had to have my brakes redone something has gone wrong, the first time they didn t connect the brakes correctly, the second time there was this awful noise, the same wheel bearings that were replaced last time were bad and need to be replaced again. Overall, not happy.
Best purchasing experience I've ever had! We are absoloutly thrilled with our Lexus SUV! Tevy was our sales person and I would recommend her to anyone, especially family, friends and colleagues. She is very knowledgeable and follows up, no pushy sales tatics. Valley Lexus is a "one price dealer". They don't take up your time with hours of negotiations, their prices are set, their inventory is priced well. She and Terrance(their finance manager) worked hard for us, all done via phone calls and text messages, got everything all ready for us to sign and get back on the road since we live 4 hours away. It was impressive! Terrance got us great financing through lexus financing services, they have competitive rates and terms. Tevy and Terrance are both wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable! Every person we dealt with here was "top notch"! We will be back, our daughters 1st car will be purchased here!
Just this one time, scheduling the first routine service and paint protection was not a smooth process like it has been for the other 3 cars that have been there. Everything else, including access to a loaner, was 5 star.

It was first time using this Lexus Dealership for my 2019 ES maintenance. Everyone was pretty nice and politely greeted me. But the waiting area was poor, and small. My waiting time was about 2 hours (I already made an appt for wait at dealership.) Unfortunately, they put the wrong amount of air(The pic is when it's cold.) I am not satisfied with this experience.

Recently purchased an RX350 from Michael Gates in sales. Wonderful experience I would highly recommend Valley Lexus. We had a 1999 Lexus LX470 in for service, which they have always been great and ran across a great deal on the RX. This is my 5th Lexus. At this point in my life, I have no plans to get any other car other than a Lexus, because of the reliability, safety, luxury of my Lexus. I always feel so safe while in this beautifully built vehicle. Thankfully, I personally have not experienced the protection I will receive in an accident. I continue to deal with Valley Lexus for one reason, Michael Gates. From day one, Michael has always listened to me, to what I wanted, and he actually explained all the cars features, including the engine, the horse power, the turning radius, all the mechanical features. The reason I mention this is because I am a woman who was used to being talked down to by car salesmen. Over the almost 20 years, I feel Michael has become more than just a salesman, but a friend, we have shared stories of our families, good times and some hard times, watched each other grow from our younger svelt selves to our more mature comfortable profiles. If and when Michael retires, I may just keep that last Lexus he sells me for the rest of my time.

This is the 3rd Lexus that I have leased from Valley Lexus. The first lease was a EXCELLENT experience and my last lease was an EXCELLANT experience. I have worked with Dane Michals on all of my cars.He makes leasing a car a pleasure.
