As a rule I avoid new car stores for auto repairs because I have had multiple bad experiences with OTHER new car stores as far as customer service goes. Valley Lexus was truly a completely different experience than I have had in the past. They were nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out. Joe in the parts department, in particular, was incredible. Thank you Valley Lexus for restoring my faith in new car stores!

Got WEIRD looks from Salesman.
Drove over to Service Dept.
Pulled up to a Valet type drop off.
Small lobby/Waiting area.
Sat 10-15 Min.
Assisted by Service Representative.
Got a Beverly Hills vibe while there.
Free fountain soda machine in the lobby.
Fast service.
Less than 2 Hour wait.
Met & Chatted with a down to earth Customer.
However, Workers/Atmosphere seemed cold/Uppity.

My wife and I had been casually looking for a new car and considered several dealerships. A few days ago, we made a decision to visit Lexus in Modesto.

I personally avoid this because of all the pushy sales people we encounter that make the experience enjoyable.

Nevertheless, we went into Lexes and met George. He was friendly and gave us the non pressure proactive that allowed us to relax and enjoy viewing several cars.

After driving several cars, we finally fell in love with the right one. Luckily, their large inventory allowed them to have the color and model we wanted...without waiting. Within an hour they had our new car detailed and ready for us and we completed our paperwork quickly as well!

I am not one to go to this length for a review, so consider this a real positive experience! I highly recommend asking for GEORGE when you stop by Valley Lexus, you will quickly see what I am talking about!

We had a great experience at Valley Lexus. I found the vehicle I wanted within 5 minutes of walking on their lot. We got quick and efficient service. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. We drove away with a beautiful car. We have low rate financing. We bought the extended warranty so we will be visiting Valley Lexus for all our vehicle needs.

Replacement key programming took about an hour; 90 minutes was the ETA. Nice to have the car washed and interior cleaned for this minor service!

Called to look for a part, and the guy who answered for the parts department was not helpful at all!! He needs to work on his customer service skills.

This was the first time I had the pleasure of taking my Lexus to Valley Lexus. It could not been better. The service dept went the extra mile to make sure everything was good for me. I have 5 different makes of cars. And have went to many dealerships. This by far is the best!

My experience was great, we went in to make a copy of a key and was pleasantly surprised with the service we received. Not only did we get a key made, they did a full inspection on our vehicle, washed, and vacuumed it as well

My wife and I really love going to Modesto Lexus. The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is very comfortable.

New to the Lexus brand. I love my GS350 but service experience has not been good. Called to set up 1st service and it rang and rang no answer. Call back and answered then sent to VM. Then later that evening (Friday) after 6PM I get a call and I am told that the soonest available is 3 weeks out. This service is free, but I would pay if It would improve the service. It wasn't like this with BMW...

Good customer service. They don't want to loose your business. They work hard to get you the right deal, without being pushy

Valley Lexus has been our service choice since July 2000. Always on time, friendly, courteous and a courtesy car if the wait is longer.

However not fond of their tactics of trying to run your credit when you tell them over and over that you re paying for it through other means. This was annoying and not cool.

We had a terrible experience with Valley Lexus in Modesto with the sales manager Dane Michaels. Looks like to me he doesn't like Asian people. We are a family & friend circle of 100+ here in the Central Valley and I will tell each and everyone of my family members to not go there. That guy is very unprofessional, rude and looks like to be in a power trip. Valley Lexus and higher authorities should fire him and hire friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth Sales Manager.

Eddie Kiryakous was the salesperson who helped us. This is my 4th Lease from lexus and by far I had the best experience with Eddie. He s extremely helpful and told us information we never knew before. He s also an absolutely caring person, one of the most nicest person I know. With that small amount of time spent with him, I 100% recommend him to everyone.

As always, Valley Lexus has given top notch customer service and excellent care of my RX350. They re very professional, courteous and communicative. I ve been there several times and they ve never disappointed.

I used to get excellent service when Kelly was my service advisor but now that he's gone the service dept down there is a pain to try to deal with. I had to wait over 3 weeks for warranty repairs, I get a call the day before my scheduled appointment by Rodrigo asking if I could wait 1 more week for my service and I said no that it was unacceptable for me to have to wait any longer than I already have because the guy who does rim repairs didn't want to come in on Friday the 8/11, when I go in for service finally I find out they don't have a loaner car for me like I was told when I made the service appointment I had to walk to enterprise rent a car across the street if I wanted to have a vehicle to drive since the dealer was going to have mine since 9am in the morning to who knows what time. Today 8/15 I call for roadside service to have my car towed in for a flat tire Rodrigo down at the dealership didn't know how to handle the situation and told me the parts dept would call me to schedule the roadside service. Then 10 mins later Rodrigo calls back and says "oh sorry our call got disconnected" I told him no we hung up after ending the conversation with you telling me that the parts department was going to call me to schedule the roadside service he then tells me that his manager said that they will not send a tow truck out for a flat tire they will send somebody out to put the spare on and I would have to drive the car into the dealership when I have already used roadside service to have my car towed into the same exact dealership with the same exact reason a flat tire. Rodrigo then proceeds to tell me that he will have his manager call me and I'm still waiting and it's been over 20 mins. I paid for a platinum warranty to get what I feel is at best brass service. It's pretty disappointing.

Great experience all around! Josh was super helpful and friendly in getting my dream car ready for me, helping with my trade in, and making sure I had access to the drinks while I waited just the short time for Adrian to do my paperwork. Super impressed with everyone there! Drove from the East Bay and would do it all over again! Thank you for my new Lexus!

We have always been given acceptable/good customer service here.. today however, it was exceptional!! The rep was knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and actually cared! Very much a people person! My car was not vacuumed at all. There were steaks left on the windows after my service.

I brought in my 2016 350 RC for its 35,000 mile service and was very satisfied. Erick Toledo Camac was my advisor and he was quick with the paperwork and very clear in all that was going to be done and my car was ready before the time that he had estimated. Walked out to my newly washed car and was on my way home before I knew it. I am always very pleased with my service at Valley Lexus.

The sales experience was great, but it didn't stop there - the service for setting up my car was awesome. No one does this at the other dealerships, like BMW or Mercedes! It was the best buying experience and after thought that makes Valley Lexus the best here.
