I took my car in for its 10,000 mile service. Ed was right I time and as nice as could be. He gave me a loaner for the day so I could get to work. A few hours later my car was ready. Unfortunately I couldn t pick it up till after work. To my surprise it was not only serviced but clean inside and out and my gas tank was full! Thanks Valley Lexus for making service so easy!

Ed in service is always amazing and takes very good care of me for both maintenance and any other minor issues that come up, including squeezing me in at the last minute and making sure I have a car to drive so I don t miss a beat in my demanding schedule. I m also fortunate enough to work with Ryan Fitzpatrick the General Manager and he typically helps me get started when I buy my vehicles then turns it over to his management team. Ryan and his entire staff always treat me great and make the car buying experience easy. I love my Certified Lexus and when buying or servicing a Lexus I would only choose Valley Lexus.

This was one of the best experience in buying a car that we have ever had. We purchased a used CT200H from this dealership and Eddie was fantastic in assisting us with our purchase. He took his time to show us the car and did not pressure us at all. He was very friendly and took his time to answer all of our questions. The price was very good and the service that we received was A++. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Lexus. Took our car in for servicing and waited 20 minutes to pick it up only because our Customer Service Rep, Ed, was having a date and flirting conversation with a young female in his office. We had to go to the cashier and ask her to help us. As we finished and went out to get our car and leave, we noticed that we were blocked by a loaner car and I asked if he could move it so that we could leave. The young women started yelling at us, using every word she knew, and he defended her. We ll be going to another Lexus Dealer for our service from now on!!

I have entrusted my Lexus with Valley Lexus for 10 years, after moving to the valley when my LS was 5 years old. Ed Sarkis has taken care of me from the start and impressive that Valley Lexus has low employee turnover and you can actually build a trusting relationship. From scheduling, to reception, to the facilities and lobby, to knowing your vehicle was serviced by truly professional mechanics, it s hard to believe there could be a better place to take your car.
I m going to stay with Ed and Valley Lexus as long as I drive this Lexus. And who knows, probably my next car will be a Lexus too, as it s the best car I ve ever owned.

Ruben is the best ever. He takes such good care of me. He makes sure he informs me of what needs to be done during regular service appointments plus gives me a heads up for repairs I should plan for in near future. He also gives me notice of things that may need to be done further out. AND, he tells me when I DON T need to do a repair. I have total faith in Ruben and Valley Lexus! I wouldn t even consider taking my car elsewhere!!!

My wife and I have a great experience at Valley Lexus. We first met a General Sales Manager, Adam Terrero. Adam related to us in a business friendly professional way. After patiently listened to our needs of a new Lexus, Adam introduced us to a Sales Consultant, Todd Sanders. Todd worked with us in consistent with Adam s business professional. Todd demonstrated a greater degree of patience and has always shown his willingness to help out with our difficulties. We appreciated very much Todd s manners of conducting a business. We bought a 2013 RX350 from Todd. Obviously, we would look to Todd for our near/long future needs and encourage our family members and friends to see Todd as well for their needs of Lexus.

Ruben in particular has been extremely helpful in the past, and I've enjoyed my interactions with him over the years. Prior to today, I probably would've given the service division 4 stars out of 5.

Today, however, I was scheduled for routine service on my GX and I was astonished to find that no arrangements had been made for customers to wait outside - no arrangements whatsoever. As everyone knows, vehicle servicing can take a while, and given what is generally known about the spread of covid-19 in indoor, air-conditioned environments, I fully expected there to be *some* consideration of folks who would not want to wait for their vehicle in a closed, stuffy, indoor area.

Sadly, I was quite mistaken.

Not only was there not a single place to sit outside - nothing! not a chair, not a bench - the only place to sit on the ground was littered and dirty and adjacent to dead plants (I'll attempt to upload some pics). My options were literally, 1). Wait inside during a pandemic, or, 2). Sit in the dirt.

On a whim, I called Lexus of Fresno to see if they had outdoor seating for service appointments and their receptionist immediately answered with, "Yep, yep. We have an outdoor patio and everything is 6 feet apart."

I immediately scheduled my service with Fresno and cancelled my appointment at Valley Lexus. When I explained why I was cancelling, Gary Koeppen (Service Manager at Valley Lexus) was rather condescending and a bit rude, which for me, sealed the deal. Bye bye. And let's go ahead and cancel that order for roof crossbars while we're at it.

Thanks anyway Valley Lexus, but I don't want my "Lexus Driving Experience" with a side of covid.

This to me is the greatest Lexus dealership that I have in counter. I bought Lexus in Sacramento. I live in stockton, ca and we ever I needed anything done to my 2000 gs300 I drive to valley Lexus of Modesto to have it done. My service writer is Ruben Garcia what and awesome person he has always taken care of my needs and concerns, unfortunately he was on vacation and the gentleman that me the other day we name Keith what and awesome guy. After having my battery die on me over the weekend...

After having my battery die on me over the weekend and the check engine light coming on it was nice to be able to call Lexus and talk to Gary. He was able to get me that day (Monday) morning, go ahead and do my 70,000 mile service since I was there.
Did I mention I had my car back in 3 hours in time to pick up the grandchildren for golf lessons. Lexus staff always go above expectations. Thank you

Wouldn't honor either the factory warranty or extended warranty in my Lexus. Had to take it to Coliseum Lexus in Oakland for the warranty work to be done. If you want a fair lexus dealer, look elsewhere.

Valley Lexus did a recall on my car and everything went great. They said they replaced the part and signed off on it so I can show dmv the paper work and get my 2020 tags. The recall was a fuel line that goes to the injectors, I know a lot of fuel was not lost while doing the recall but they still filled my tank all the way. Just one thing while they did their little inspection someone over filled the coolant resivor so while I was driving coolant was spilling out the over fill hose causing the car to smell like coolant really badly. So I popped the hood and of course check the basics. And sure enough the coolant resivor was filled to the top lol way past the full line but no worries I just poured some out and rinsed off the coolant that splattered on the driver side all over the exhaust manifold causing it to smell like coolant. Other than that they did everything fine.

This is the 3rd Lexus that I have leased from Valley Lexus. The first lease was a EXCELLENT experience and my last lease was an EXCELLANT experience. I have worked with Dane Michals on all of my cars.He makes leasing a car a pleasure. Dane introduced me to Timothy Sorrick a very knowledgable young man who showed us everything about our new car and basically held our hand thru the whole process All in all we had a wonderful experience. Just because they are the only dealer in the area does not mean they get to charge people more. Avoid this place. They will try to make an extra few grand on you if you let them. Service is outrages as well. 1 month for an appointment? Really?Either way you slice it this place is a BAD DEAL!

Very professional place, came in for recall and they have someone already waiting outside for you. It was done quickly for what I thought was a major fix and then Edmond followed up on a prior recall the prior owner neglected and he assured me it would also be taken care of in future. Bought some Lexus gear at gift shop while waiting. Free wi-fi, coffee and cookies too! Comfy waiting room so didn't even worry about time passing, lol. Classy place!

The Lexus experience was everything I hoped it would be. Maci was knowledgeable and very patient when helping syncing my phone. I test drove other vehicles that day, but as soon as I got behind the wheel of my Lexus I instantly had a smile. It was the smoothest ride and I love all the options.
