I had my vehicle detailed here. THREE things that will keep me from coming back again. First, the service employees used a wrench of some sort to pry off my antenna (most likely to run it through the automatic wash). By doing so, they left tons of scratches and marks just below where the antenna screws in. Second, I drove by there shortly after to see how they were doing. I saw one of the guys standing on my plastic scuff plates (door sills) to reach up on top of the roof to wipe it down. There were scratches & dirt left behind on the door sill when I picked it up. Not even the courtesy to wipe it down after they step all over it. Third, they chipped my front bumper. The paint was not only missing, but there was an indent as if someone had hit it with something. This was all done on a brand new 2015 vehicle with only 2k miles. I will not come back & I hope people read this review. I cannot speak for other services Valley Lexus provides, but this will keep me from coming back. I suggest if anyone wants a quality exterior detail (soap, clay, polish, wax, etc.) I suggest going to a professional detailer.

First time here but they were so great. I ve been going to corporate auto shops(Midas and jiffy lube), thinking it would save me money. These guys did a much better job for about the same price. They kept in contact the entire time via text and phone calls. They wash and vacuum your car after any work you get done. Service waiting room is so clean, they have plenty of refreshments. Also a mini shop for all Lexus brand additions you wish for your car and a sales rep there to tell you if an item fits your car or to order the product that does. All round great experience

They don't value your time here. My appointment was at 3pm and they check me in at 3:40. Then they tell me it's going to be a hour and a half before my car is ready and refuse to give me a loaner car. Last time I'm going to buy a car from here and last time I'm going to get my car serviced from here. I'd probably get more respect going to a chevy dealer.

Purchasing a car is kind of a big deal. Sometimes when you walk into a dealership you expect a salesman to be pushy just to get that sale. Tim at Valley Lexus is definitely the opposite. Tim is patient and understanding and definitely not a pushy salesman. When you visit Valley Lexus, I highly recommend you ask for him. The overall buying experience was easy thanks to Tim and Adrian in finance. They ll do everything they can to get you in your new dream car.

Our 2001 Lexus ran out of oil because we had it serviced at a certain oil change place on the I-5 and we had it towed to them. The help they gave us and are still giving us 6 weeks later is phenomenal. Their attitude and commitment to Lexus owners is unparalleled.

These guys are absolutely awesome. We owned a few BMWs before and put up with Valley BMW long enough. NEVER AGAIN... especially after this transaction. Wife loves her new LS and the service was nothing less than exceptional. Beautiful showroom. Cars all clean. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome experience all around.

.. my only issue was I was given the wrong time to pick up my car I arrived at the at the dealership on Sunday cuz I was told that that I can pick up my car as early as 8 and as late as 6 and I arrived at 8 and unfortunately I had to sit around and wait for about 2 hours to the sales department open up cuz it was a Sunday and I drove in from Elk Grove so that was my only issue that I wish that the correct time would have been giving to pick up my car

Ed Sarkis is the best service agent I have ever dealt with. He is professional, fast, knowledgeable and helpful. He always manages to find me a loaner when I need one and my car is ready when he calls. Can't say enough good things about Ed and Valley Lexus.

I always have a great experience at Valley Lexus. I have been a loyal customer since I bought my car in 2007 from them. The staff is always very kind and courteous and my service advisor Ed Sarkis is the best! He always takes very good care of my car and makes sure I get the best possible service. Awesome staff, David Lampkins knows exactly what he is doing to serve the customer. The staff make you feel at ease almost like you're not a customer rather a friend or family. This is my second time around with these guys and I got to say the buying experience just keeps getting better and better. I went to the Lexus dealer of Sacramento a few years ago but their salespeople are old and grumpy pretty much stating here is car do you want to buy it or no. If you want to be treated with respect and get a great deal David and the rest of the Valley Lexus team are the way to go! I cannot stress that enough... IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A LEXUS VEHICLE Valley Lexus is the way to go! Please make sure to call down ahead of time so you can make an appointment with David Lampkins. The sales manager and finance manager were also really nice. Kudos to the best Lexus dealership in the area!

As expected from Lexus total professionalism no less. I drove my 04 ES330 from Georgia to Cali so I had the 120000 service done. I made an 8 am appt they gave me a beautiful loaner to drive back to Stockton where I live and by the end of the day I had my baby back. Call me crazy but I love my 04 ES330 and my 1st visit to Valley Lexus was a Success!

It was first time using this Lexus Dealership for my 2019 ES maintenance.
Everyone was pretty nice and politely greeted me.
But the waiting area was poor, and small.
My waiting time was about 2 hours
(I already made an appt for wait at dealership.)
Unfortunately, they put the wrong amount of air(The pic is when it's cold.) I am not satisfied with this experience.

Better use other Lexus dealership.

The service on the car is impeccable. I really appreciate them washing my car as well. I highly recommend the service!

I took my car in for its 10,000 mile service. Ed was right I time and as nice as could be. He gave me a loaner for the day so I could get to work. A few hours later my car was ready. Unfortunately I couldn t pick it up till after work. To my surprise it was not only serviced but clean inside and out and my gas tank was full! Thanks Valley Lexus for making service so easy!

Valley Lexus was super great! They took care of me, made sure everything I wanted was done. They were quick and efficient and got answers to my questions promptly. They went out of their way to make my experience great. Thank you to Sean Tobin for all your hard work and I appreciate the help from Adrian and Tevi as well. I would recommend Valley Lexus for your vehicle needs.

I do all my own work on my cars but take them to the dealer once a year for a comprehensive review of things to address. They were very accommodating and gave me a highly detailed "you should do this" list (granted I only had three things to address). They ran out of coffee and one of their TVs was broken but the place was clean, the intake staff member was polite and took time to chat with me, and they had cookies. I'll be taking my luxobarge to them next year for my next checkup.

Lexus of Pleasanton has always been a great experience for me. I purchased my car here a few years ago and they have always taken care of me. Recently, my car check engine light came on and service inspected it and said I needed a new transmission and axles. The cost of it was approximately $8000. Luckily for my extended warranty, everything was covered. Jason Vaughn and Manny Solano helped me a car rental and made sure I was taken care of. The repair was quick and I got my car back in less than a week. I just want to thank them for making me feel comfortable and happy with my repair and service. I definitely recommend going to Lexus of Pleasanton. They have the best customer service!

My vehicle started having issues and I decided to take it to the closest mechanic in my neighborhood. After replacing a few parts, my vehicle was still having the same problem so I decided to just take it to the service center, but I was worried about how much that was going to cost me. I regret not taking it to Lexus in the first place, that would have probably saved me a few hundreds and a headache. The specialist was very patient with me and all the staff very friendly.

Very disappointed with my experience via internet sales. I emailed in about a 2015 Honda and was told there were two appointments set to view the vehicle. I advised that I was from out of town and didn t want to respond in that case. Six hours later I was told the appointments were set for next weekend. In short I feel I was told a tall tail to get me in there, when in all actuality was willing and able to respond and more than likely buy the vehicle. Great price for a good car, but I don t like being manipulated and would pay more just to deal with a straight shooter. I will not visit this dealership or recommend to anyone I know.

Best experience ever!! I love Valley Lexus! Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership is awesome! Love my Lexus IS 350! Also, I had to take my vehicle in for a check up, Ruben the manager in that department has excellent customer service. He made my visit pleasant, and also had my vehicle washed.

I surfed the internet of all the Lexus dealerships within a 100 mile radius of Modesto. This includes Sacramento, all the east bay, South Bay and down to Monterey and over to Fresno. After finding all the dealerships were all in the same ballpark for pricing. I looked again at Valley Lexus and found what I wanted and it was in stock. The dealership worked with me on the price and I was quite happy. They came in under all the others by a wide margin that I had no choice but to stay local. The paperwork was smooth. In at 10am and out the door by 1230pm. Thank you Valley Lexus.

Recently purchased an RX350 from Michael Gates in sales. Wonderful experience I would highly recommend Valley Lexus. We had a 1999 Lexus LX470 in for service, which they have always been great and ran across a great deal on the RX. Every time I visit Valley Lexus the employees are friendly and not in a vulture car lot type of way. If you are in the market for Lexus service or to buy a vehicle be sure to check them out.

Rick and the entire staff at Valley Lexus are absolutely incredible. We purchased our Lexus 450h on Saturday after setting a very specific price that no other Lexus dealer came close to meeting. We drove 170 miles from our home in Northern California to Valley Lexus. In less than 2 hours we were headed home with our new car. They treated us like family and honored the very good price they gave us over the phone. Honest customer focused dealership a rare find today. Thanks to Rick and his team!

I went in for an oil change. Waited a reasonable amount of time, Reuben let me know a couple of other things I needed. We discussed them, they cleaned my car and I was done. I live a few towns south so I always think it s a pain when I have to dive in for service but I am always happy when I leave. They are great! I really like Rueben and Ed!

I went in for a common issue about my vaccum regulating valve for my lexus is200t. Ruben was really great. I explained my situation due to moving to LA and he was able to get me in and out within one day and a rental was provided which really helped with my moving situations. I'm grateful and thankful for ruben Garza. he deserve more then what he is getting. Thank you Ruben Garza. You really put a new perspective of lexus in my eyes since sacramento lexus was not helpful.
