They showed a video of the inspection, and detailed oriented service. They offered a courtesy vehicle, only issue was returning it, where they didn't have service member with ID, which I declined to return until I had a verified employee. Common sense is that your greeter, your foremost representive should be identifiable. His supervisor was not empathetic to the situation, also lacking ID. Ill digress because Cory, our service rep was above and beyond.

This was my first visit with Valley Lexus as I recently moved to the area from San Diego. I knew my visit would be long as I was having a wheel (rim) repaired and being a long drive home I brought my dog Apollo. Everyone was very nice and accommodating of my dog. He was the star of the day with everyone giving him a pat to say hi. My advisor Terri Gallon was great! As I was finished up and driving home I noticed that my gas gauge said full and I smiled. Gave them a quick call to say Thank You! The receptionist said most people don t notice. I said please tell Terri Thank You!

From the moment I walked into Valley Lexus, to the moment I purchased my vehicle, the customer service experience was amazing. I initially went on a very rainy Sunday afternoon to look at a vehicle I had found online. I did not make my purchase until the Friday after for my own reasons of really considering which vehicle I truly wanted to invest in. Eddie kept me well informed throughout the entire week. He considered the fact that I did not reside in Modesto and made sure to inform me of everything I needed before the evening of purchase. I have purchased 3 vehicles from 3 different dealerships within the past several years. NONE have gone above and beyond as Valley Lexus and their amazing employee, Eddie! Thank you for making my experience so wonderful! I am forever grateful for the dedication and commitment to striving for fantastic experiences in very important decisions.

I was having one of the worst days of my life...an...

I was having one of the worst days of my life...and to make it worse, I was a hundred miles from home and got a nail in my tire. I took my car to Valley Lexus to get it fixed. Of course it couldn t be fixed and of course a new tire was going to cost a ton. (My business at this moment just took a terrible downturn...and this was not the best time for this to be happening)....and of course it wasn t in stock. I was on the verge of tears. My service rep came over to me a few minutes later and then told me that since I has just recently purchased my car that Valley Lexus was going to take care of the entire replacement. All I could do was sit there...tears streaming down my face...tears of gratitude. I work with car dealers every day. I own an ad agency that specializes in car dealerships. They don t do what Valley Lexus has just done. And I do not know them...have never met them before or have worked with them. I did not buy my car there. They are the classiest bunch of people I have ever met, and I can tell you this...I will drive that 100 miles for every service appointment from now on....and I will buy every future car from them. Because that one act of class and kindness has made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you so much Valley Lexus. You are one truly class act! Melanie Luken
