This is my 5th Lexus. At this point in my life, I have no plans to get any other car other than a Lexus, because of the reliability, safety, luxury of my Lexus. I always feel so safe while in this beautifully built vehicle. Thankfully, I personally have not experienced the protection I will receive in an accident. I continue to deal with Valley Lexus for one reason, Michael Gates. From day one, Michael has always listened to me, to what I wanted, and he actually explained all the cars features, including the engine, the horse power, the turning radius, all the mechanical features. The reason I mention this is because I am a woman who was used to being talked down to by car salesmen. Over the almost 20 years, I feel Michael has become more than just a salesman, but a friend, we have shared stories of our families, good times and some hard times, watched each other grow from our younger svelt selves to our more mature comfortable profiles. If and when Michael retires, I may just keep that last Lexus he sells me for the rest of my time.
