Mostly good service up until recently. Took me almost three weeks to get an appointment because only ONE service representative will return my calls the others will not return calls even to say there are no available times for the date I give them. Also my car has 120,000+ miles on it now, but some things have happened that make me rethink the Lexus brand.
Both times I ve had to have my brakes redone something has gone wrong, the first time they didn t connect the brakes correctly, the second time there was this awful noise, the same wheel bearings that were replaced last time were bad and need to be replaced again. Overall, not happy.
