On March 8th I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Chevrolet Equinox from Kelley Chevrolet. When I first stepped in the door at Kelley Chevrolet, I was skeptical as I'd had issues with Kelley's service dept when they were still over on State St. and they were literally the last dealer I visited. I was approached by a young man who's name tag literally said "the New Guy". His name is actually Scott Eubank and Scott went above and beyond my expectations of a salesman. He was not pushy, he was very patient and upfront about everything, especially the cost, which to me was important to stay inside my budget. He said they call it their transparent pricing. Well, I appreciated that. I explained what I wanted or had a fancy for and he did not pressure me once. He would text me periodically if something came in on trade that he thought might be of interest to me. The day I decided to buy, he was right by my side thru the whole thing. He even took the time to show me how to Bluetooth my phone and get everything set up as I never had those options in my old 98 Monte Carlo. He even texted me a couple days ago just to touch base and make sure everything was going good. I'm now friends with him on Facebook and if anyone I know is going to buy a Chevy, I will send them looking for Scott. Thank you Scott. Your patience and perseverance was appreciated by me!

I had Croyboy as my salesman, and I was very impressed with him and the dealership. My grandpa and myself were looking at the chevys there and when we asked if they had any used cars that had been traded in, we saw this Lincoln MKZ. Croyboy was honest and told us he didn't know much about the car (because it's a chevy dealer hahaha) but when we came back in the next day to test drive it, he was very knowledgeable about MKZs and the one we were driving, so we saw he did his research. I ended up buying that car and throughout the processes the dealership was very helpful and croyboy was extremely helpful because he was very good at communicating with me by text or call so that I had all my necessary paperwork done before I walked in. I am very happy with my decision!

Have purchased 3 cars from Kelly in the past 2 months. I got my wife a new Traverse. Everything was great with the car and service. Last week, we purchased a used vehicle from Kelly. Unfortunately, the vehicle had engine troubles right after purchase. Jeremy, the sales manager, has been amazing in helping us get the car towed in to them for inspection. When it was found that the engine was shot and it was not worth replacing, Jeremy and Craig were incredible in helping us find a new vehicle at another Kelly dealership in Ft Wayne and Craig saw us through the new purchase. Top notch customer service. I will definitely give them a shot at my business the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

I bought a 2014 Volt from this place less than a year ago. The man I bought it from, Brian Frauhiger, was wonderful (which is why there are 2 stars rather than 1). He listened to what I was looking for and presented options. When those options didn't work, he accepted that without hesitation. The owner on the other hand, pushed HARD, wanting me to buy something totally out of my price range. Brian found something that worked for me a couple months later, and then he moved to another dealership. Ever since, this company has totally ignored my calls and requests for help with my vehicle. It's currently throwing a charging system error and they won't answer their phones or call me back. Very frustrated and disappointed with the post-buying experience. Will never return to this dealership and am taking my service needs elsewhere.

Always leery of bringing my vehicle to the dealership. Had someone else looking at the problems I was having and after a month he still couldn't figure out exactly what was going on. I brought my truck in on a Tuesday afternoon and on Friday they had it running and back to where it was before it stopped running. It cost me less than 500.00 when I was expecting it to be thousands.

Adam and Lee are very professional and very knowledgeable in their field. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. We were very impressed with all the services; and the friendly relaxed atmosphere. Excellent.

What a great experience!! We came into this not knowing exactly what we wanted and Kevin helped us to really dial in on the best car for us. He encouraged us to take our time in making our decision and provided us with all the information we needed. The dealership is great too and while I don't think anyone looks forward to taking their car in for service, it looks like it will be a comfortable experience. Bought a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 101k after driving 25 miles I noticed a clunk when shifting into R or D from park...took into service they said had broken motor mount would cost $600 to fix.... sorry but they can't do anything for me basically have a nice day sorry about that...emailed customer service talked with several people from there haven't heard 1 word. Been a week still not fixed guess they were right I'm on my own

Everyone was so nice and professional! I went to kelly once on my own and once with my father and was treated the same both times. When I went by myself, Josh, who helped me actually showed me cars in my budget. Having been to a few other dealers before I went to Kelly and not being treated like I knew what I was talking about made me all the more impressed with this team. Sales is great. Kevin is awesome. Service department is horrible. I ve had nothing but issues with service. Kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. It was just turbo lag , according to service manager. Well I picked the mechanic up and showed him the issues. Clearly something wrong. Told them it was an ecu update which the service manager kept saying the did. Well a week later they fixed it, with an update. The most recent trip to service was a routine oil change and tire rotation and they never bothered to rotate the tires. Two and a half hour oil change with no tire rotation.

Craig Rider and Thomas Zavacki, as well as Chuck Kelley, all were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They got us into the right vehicle for our needs and budget. It is rare that we can say this about people we have had to work with in the past when it comes to the buying experience!

They were fast and friendly with my recall but wouldn't give us a free car wash even thou we were there for GM warranty work!

The salesman Kris McKinley was very helpful and nice. I did not enjoy the amount of time waiting for paperwork. If you go in and say this is what I want and here is my financing please provide a copy of the sales agreement so I can get you a check, it should not take so long. Left sitting at a table waiting is not enjoyable. The waiting was the only part of the experience I was annoyed with. The rest was great and I love my new Trailblazer.

Steve Croy is pretty much the realist, down to earth rep I have been in contact with. I was nervous about being pressured with purchasing a CAR, but I felt zero intimidation. We shopped for what we wanted before hand, and he helped to make our choice in vehicles as smooth as he could. He's very peppy, and laid back. I appreciated how smooth this process was to purchase, and how he didn't try to be someone in order to sell a car- he was just himself the whole time. Thanks, Steve!

My wife, Nancy, and myself shopped at Kelley's once agian due to their wonderful selection and prices. We test drove the Equinox of interest at the Buick/GMC store and Kevin Kelley help assist us during this shopping experience. He did a great job going over the vehicle with my wife and we came to an agreement on numbers. We took delivery that same week and really enjoy our new vehicle. Nice, courteous and quick service in and out in under 30 minutes

I am rating the service department. The first time I came in for an oil change (which I had an appointment for), I had to wait over an hour for my car. But first off, when I drove into the service area, I was not greeted by anyone and there was no one to direct me where to go. Everyone was too busy to notice me standing beside my car in the middle of the garage and when they did finally acknowledge me (after I asked someone for help), I was treated like an inconvenience. I gave them a second try for my next oil change, and the very same thing happened. So before they could take my car, I told them I was leaving. I took my car to Summit City where I did not have an appointment (during the busy lunch hour), and I was still in and out within an hour. They acknowledged me immediately when I drove in and said they would be with me as soon as possible. They were very friendly and I will now bring my car to Summit City from now on, even though it is a much further drive for me. There is no customer service and I do not feel valued at Kelly.

Jed was super helpful and making sure i was well aware of what i was buying and all the perks. He helped me get my perfect car. Loved my experience there. Definitely would go back, and tell all my friends to go there.
