Sales is great. Kevin is awesome. Service department is horrible. I ve had nothing but issues with service. Kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. It was just turbo lag , according to service manager. Well I picked the mechanic up and showed him the issues. Clearly something wrong. Told them it was an ecu update which the service manager kept saying the did. Well a week later they fixed it, with an update. The most recent trip to service was a routine oil change and tire rotation and they never bothered to rotate the tires. Two and a half hour oil change with no tire rotation.
