I am rating the service department. The first time I came in for an oil change (which I had an appointment for), I had to wait over an hour for my car. But first off, when I drove into the service area, I was not greeted by anyone and there was no one to direct me where to go. Everyone was too busy to notice me standing beside my car in the middle of the garage and when they did finally acknowledge me (after I asked someone for help), I was treated like an inconvenience. I gave them a second try for my next oil change, and the very same thing happened. So before they could take my car, I told them I was leaving. I took my car to Summit City where I did not have an appointment (during the busy lunch hour), and I was still in and out within an hour. They acknowledged me immediately when I drove in and said they would be with me as soon as possible. They were very friendly and I will now bring my car to Summit City from now on, even though it is a much further drive for me. There is no customer service and I do not feel valued at Kelly.
