Have purchased 3 cars from Kelly in the past 2 months. I got my wife a new Traverse. Everything was great with the car and service. Last week, we purchased a used vehicle from Kelly. Unfortunately, the vehicle had engine troubles right after purchase. Jeremy, the sales manager, has been amazing in helping us get the car towed in to them for inspection. When it was found that the engine was shot and it was not worth replacing, Jeremy and Craig were incredible in helping us find a new vehicle at another Kelly dealership in Ft Wayne and Craig saw us through the new purchase. Top notch customer service. I will definitely give them a shot at my business the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.
