Waste of time. Maybe good if you have good credit, but for bad credit they could have told me what they did over the phone.

I waited on my vehicle and it was fast. The in-take technician, Walt Royer, is very
knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Kevin and Kelly Chevrolet. What a fantastic experience. So easy to work with and will not sell you anything you don t want or can afford. The service is just the best I have seen.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Mandy today. They were able to help get me into a great car for my son. I didn t make it easy for them, but they took the time to make sure I was getting not only a clean, safe and reliable vehicle, but one that fit my budget. What an outstanding experience. Did not expect the first class service I received. I will be back for future auto purchases.

Mason Clay was very nice and made the car buying experience pleasant especially considering I have not bought a car in 14 years!

We were looking for a second SUV and saw several on Kelley's website that we were interested in looking at and driving. We stopped at Kelley's at Hwy 3/69 on Monday and met David Macias while we were looking at the Pre-Certified vehicles. David talked with us about a 2018 Equinox that we were interested in and explained features of the model. He set us up for a test drive and we talked with John Hofman while we waited for all of our information to be approved. John discussed with us how Kelley does their pricing and their reputation for offering fair prices based on several parameters that they use. We test drove the Equinox and decided that since it had the low mileage and features we were looking for that we would purchase that vehicle. We worked with Lee Walls regarding details required for the purchase and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the buying process. On Tuesday we arranged to drop off our check and pick up the car. David walked us through the process prior to our arrival and Lee once again provided professional and friendly service as we completed the monetary part of the transaction. We appreciated David's thoroughness in taking us through the service dept, the customer lounge with its amenities, as well as the car wash and detailing areas. David also made sure that we understood all the features and he had another associate (Greg) help us set up our OnStar trial as well as the process of syncing our phone with the screen in the car. We were very appreciative of the friendliness and professionalism demonstrated by all employees at the dealership. Their willingness to answer questions and listen to concerns exceeded the expectations we had coming in to the dealership. David's follow-up calls were also beneficial in answering a couple questions that we had forgotten to ask while at the dealership. Buying a new car is always a stressful experience but David, Lee and the other associates made this a positive and pleasurable experience for us.

Mike Rosine was a great help to us with buying our new car. He was upfront with us, worked with our price range and didn t try to sell us anything we didn t want. I highly recommend him the next time you go to Kelley!

I went to 5 dealerships and test drove 14 vehicles before I found the right one. Kelley Chevrolet was the last stop we made and we're so happy we decided to check them out. From the very first minute we met with Steve, he was friendly, upbeat and had ALL the best Dad jokes. He was never too pushy and wanted to make sure I could leave with the vehicle that I really wanted. Everyone we dealt with (including John and Josh) were extremely helpful and made us feel like we were really being taken care of and weren't just a number. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. It was a PLEASANT experience. Yes, you read that right. They're extremely personable and respectful. The paperwork was easy. Nothing was confusing or pushy. If you are hesitant on going to a dealership please take time to consider going to Kelley Chevrolet. We have always gone to smaller car lots in the past but decided to go somewhere bigger after we were struggling to find the right truck for our family. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and sat down with the man that would ultimately make us a great deal below fair market value. Little did we know that this guy was a legend, a rock star, and who's beard game is strong. Steve "CroyBoy" went to bat for us until the end. Unfortunately they didn't end up having what we needed at the particular lot. We did give him a tall order that included a crew cab which needed to seat 6, lower miles, and needed to be in our ridiculous low budget. But he did find a truck at their other lot not far away. So we jumped in our car and went and gave it a test drive. It wasn't quite what we needed. With all hope lost we were ready to give up but he asked that we hang out while he asked the manager if they had anything he overlooked. A few minutes later he came back excited and told us he had the perfect truck for us. This particular truck was everything we asked for and more. There are too many extras to list. "CroyBoy" knocked it out of the park! If you want an experience where you can feel welcomed, not pressured, never misled, and want some laughs then you need to go to Kelley Chevrolet and ask for Steve Croy! You won't be disappointed!

My experience with Kelley Chevrolet has not been a good one. I feel the vehicle I bought is a lemon. I have had problems with it since I have owed it.
1. VTEC Actuator had to be replaced
2. Battery I know that is not a huge deal but feel it should have been looked at in the inspection process you do with vehicle's.
3. Had to have rear end differential maintenanced.
4. I am still having a problem. When car idles it sounds terrible. I was told it was fixed back when VTEC Actuator was replaced.

I have only had this vehicle for 4 months. I am ready to get rid of it. In the years I have bought used vehicles this is the worst vehicle I have ever purchased.

They are very efficient and pleasant to conduct business with. My soon to be wife and I have been discussing my first new truck and we both fell in love with the redline edition Silverado. Steve croy was prepping a vehicle for delivery and just made a quick greeting to us asking if we needed any help finding anyone. We replied no one specific as of yet and told him why we were visiting. We walked into the showroom and helped ourself a to the first of many rounds of popcorn and beverages. Did I mention 2 children came along. 8 year old boy and 15 year old daughter..... Steve asked the appropriate questions we gave honest answers about our needs and credit concerns. He was able to work directly with Lee Walls and after some time we were able to see our options on paper. We requested more than one option and in the end we .... well I got the absolute exact truck I have wanted for many years now!!!! Most dealerships are equal now with the internet able to force a dealership into shame if they are shady. However the personal experience and attention that we received was far greater than needed and was very much appreciated. Steve makes you feel comfortable and be yourself around him. lee has the years of experience and the personal relationship with the lenders knows how to make things happen behind the scenes that you may not get with another dealer.
