I bought a 2014 Volt from this place less than a year ago. The man I bought it from, Brian Frauhiger, was wonderful (which is why there are 2 stars rather than 1). He listened to what I was looking for and presented options. When those options didn't work, he accepted that without hesitation. The owner on the other hand, pushed HARD, wanting me to buy something totally out of my price range. Brian found something that worked for me a couple months later, and then he moved to another dealership. Ever since, this company has totally ignored my calls and requests for help with my vehicle. It's currently throwing a charging system error and they won't answer their phones or call me back. Very frustrated and disappointed with the post-buying experience. Will never return to this dealership and am taking my service needs elsewhere.
