the architecture is beautiful, train services most of the time on time, I love it here.
Modern waiting areas. Well - lit. Massive departure board. Various shops, restaurants and cafes. Busy.
Eurostar ride! .... is a lot of time! .. a lot of people!
Well done .. fast and efficient not too much waiting during checks
Clean station ... we are London
Arrived in plenty of time for our train. However the board did not indicate a platform number so we waited for one to hopefully show up. When we arrived at security they worker roped off our security gate right in front of us and directed us to exchange our tickets. However we were not informed that we would have to pay for new tickets rather than straight across exchanging them. Also rather than saying departed gates close 30 mins before it says ticket gates. Very misleading. My family and I are not happy and will not travel through this station again.
One of my favorite train stations. It is worth having a coffee at the hotel
Absolutely love this station, don't forget to visit the harry Potter shop whilst you are there
Trains arrive and leave. Normally on time. There are pianos.
It has a standard. Very happy. International feel to it.
Dismal so far, no info boards on ground floor, those on 1st floor are broken. Arrows towards my platform seem to expect me to travel through a brick wall. Seem more intent on selling you stuff than helping you catch your train.
Very large station where it is easy to get lost, many shops and cafes, ticket offices always with long queues
Brilliant space, very impressive. Busy, full of hustle and bustle, but beautiful. Visit and watch the world go by.
Easy to navigate! Trains start on time! Comfortable clean! Staff a little uninformed! Fast, reliable flights !!!
Great... Good management.. everything is so good you wont need any ones help. Specially for the tourists. Huge Attraction.
Modern and very well maintained trains. Travel from London to Paris in 2 hours.
Trains moderns and well cared well. Travel from London to Paris in two hours.
Due to comming and going from france and england and usually flying in for my visits this was an all round great experience of going home to france no long delays nice warm and comfortable waiting area and comfort I think this will be my new go to mode of transport when comming and going to ...
Very characteristic and above all magical because in this place Harry Potter was inspired
It looks fab. Refubishments have made it even better, if that's even possible!
Great way to acsess the midlands, the south east and the continent!
I've had a terrible experience traveling with Eurostar and I DO NOT recommend anyone travel with this company. While on a recent trip to the UK, I booked a day trip from London to Paris. The journey that should have taken 2.5 hrs. ended up taking nearly 5 hrs. because of disorganization and delays. Not only this, but on the return journey back to London, Eurostar broke two of my recently purchased items on their shoddily set up security check point. My bag was on their conveyer belt and fell through a HUGE gap in the line. Not only were my brand new products shattered, all the other items in my bag were damaged. I immediately approached the Eurostar customer care desk in the terminal and was told to contact their online support for compensation of my destroyed property. After 10 days of back and fourth, Eurostar is refusing to compensate for any of the damages saying that the hand carry items were my responsibility. This would be reasonable if I had the bag in my possession when it was damaged, but my personal property was in the care of their security checkpoint when it was carelessly dropped and damaged. All I'm asking is that they reimburse me for the broken items, totaling 58 pounds, not even asking for compensation on my other items that were also damaged from the fall. They are refusing to make amends in any way. This is not only disappointing, but an unethical business practice. Save yourself (and your personal belongings) the trouble and travel with a company that actually cares about their passengers.
Having dinner at Carluccio s at St Pancras : best meal l have had in UK and best value for money. Quiet venue and great service. Thank you. Helen from Australia.
Have had a return from Brussels to London. For medical reasons, I am not allowed through the metal detector. In Brussels I went to a special room. In London they went to search me where everyone was. I was very uncomfortable with this. For the rest it is a nice high-speed train!
The main purpose of this station seems to be to spend money. The UK trains are tucked away upstairs and the only toilets are downstairs as far as possible from them. Everywhere else is mainly pricey retail outlets. More like an airport than a train station, obviously aimed at international clients.
Great trip, food and drinks were over priced as on every form of transportation that offers refreshments.
Straight forward process with passport control for Eurostar, not much in the way of shops etc
Very poor design of the Eurostar arrival gate...
Not easy to find the arrival gate the first time, as you just walk by without even seeing the door... But just look for the piano.
And then it suddenly becomes very congested each time a new Eurostar arrives due to a narrow funnel effect... to be redesigned ;-)
Efficient station for domestic and international trains. Many shops and restaurants inside. Pleasant place to go through. Gets busy though
Wonderful architecture, and services here. Very cool place!
One of the best railway station I have been. Very easy to navigate.
St. Pancras International station s immense halls greet people arriving in London from all over the UK, France, and Belgium on the Eurostar
This is a really nice station with great shops and restaurants. The waiting area is less impressive and can get quite crowded at times.
This is a good hub for public transport interchange. The archtecture of the station is wonderful. Can be a bit intimidating with 4 different station departure points within the station. Lots of nice places to have a coffee etc and of course the champagne bar. However if you are lucky enough to get someone good on one of the puanos thats a wonderful perk.... can be very busy at times.
This is a beautiful train station where there eurostar to Paris goes :)
Had an amazing day in London via the train. A smashing renovation of a highly valued edifice.
Security was very stressfull. I broke a fingernail because i was rushed. I also almost lost my trousers because i had to put my belt into the x-ray machine. The conveyor belt was so high, everybody had problems to put their suitcases onto it.
I love this station. So modern and old at the same time.
A lit bit crazy and it is not very easy to find the trains info.
Great place to exchange train / metro to Gatwick airport or city center of London
The ludicrously-named St Pancras Market is about as far removed from the street variety as can be imagined. A few pretentious food outlets flogging modishly labelled snacks - Emma's Bio-Friendly Salads, Orlando's Really Rather Delicious Pies etc etc. With the grey, echoing sterility of the station all around it's like taking a packed lunch into a mortuary, only more expensive.
Very nice station, efficient and from the outside the building is sumptuous
Frankly a very beautiful resort, this mixture of old with arcades and modern with the shopping gallery. And really everything very well indicated, a top left luggage service, the speed of customs clearance, a real pleasure.
Good support and staff to indicate and facilitate the circulation of travelers in Eurostar in particular.
We had to include a parcel in secure portage when we boarded the Eurostar in France. When we arrived at the St. Pancras station, we had no idea where to go to pick up our package. We asked a kind Eurostar employee for directions to the secure portage office as he was on his way out. Instead of providing directions, he walked us all the way to the office since it was out of the way. We truly appreciated the thoughfulness of this kind Eurostar employee. He started our 1st family trip to London on the right foot. Thank you!!
One of the better train stations - important to remember that though Kings Cross St. Pancras are often talked about as one that they are separate stations and St. Pancras is huge and requires a bit of travel! Similarly, don't forget to get there at least 45 minutes before your international trains. It's easy to forget you're crossing a border by train and have to do that on the English side before you leave!
Still such a disappointing service, highlights being; Pancras waiting room is tiny, under staffed and over priced, train air conditioning was broken, seating is super hard and space is less than cattle class on a plane (contrary to the welcome video), toilets were not clean, intercom is extremely loud and doesn't allow more than five minutes of silence, the Wi-Fi feels like using the internet in the 90's, the list goes on. Next time I travel to the continent it shall be by EuroTunnel and my car.

We passed through here on our way to the British library and it was a beautiful station. Not much to stop and see but if your into sight seeing and in the area just drop on by.
A station that offers a better than average pre-travel experience. The building itself is a terrific piece of Victoriana, excellently renovated to feel airy even when it is busy.
Good selection of food and drink outlets and a few shops for last minute gifts.
quick, comfortable trip from London to Paris, with great onboard service. The customs service in Paris / London is quiet but a little time consuming.
Tried to buy a Eurostar ticket but I was few minutes too late for their booking system. I had to watch how the last train left without me that day.
Poor service
Only open one Ticket machine
Missed our train
Nice and important place of London Transport.
- Unfortunately don't have a good information points. This place and area are visited for many international tourists.
Very nice station completely redone.
And exemplary cleanliness.
Our Parisian stations should be inspired by it
Well done . 'and God save the Queen
Very easy to navigate and loads of options for food and shopping. The natural light that beams in is a huge underrated plus.
Our train was cancelled by Eurostar at the beginning of july. They promised an e-voucher in 28 days but we are still waiting for it more than 2 months. Nobody cares about masks inside the station and the trains and staff does nothing about it. They even turned off on-board wi-fi. Yes, it's a hard time for big companies but how about people? Do we have to be fine with our stolen travels, time and money? Thank you, Eurostar!
I love the architecture and grandeur of this beautiful old station. The modern re-fit also looks nice and is in keeping with the old building. However, there simply isn't enough thought that this is not a shopping center but a busy central terminal. It's so difficult to move quickly for a train here that it makes the experience a massive pain.
Very busy station. Fortunately, the national railway and MRT routes are separated, and they are separated from the Eurostar platform (by customs). So many people in a station transfer here, and it works very well. The platform and road signs are clear.
When the Midland Railway came south to London, the transport network that had hitherto served the manufacturing powerhouse of the industrial revolution wanted to make a statement. St. Pancras was and is still that declaration. "Look what we can do, what we can afford to spend, how high are our aspirations!" The fantastical high Gothic revival hotel and soaring train shed have been given a refreshing new lease of life. Inspired by the imagination and love of John Betjeman's restoration campaign which saved it from the wrecking ball, we still have this jewel in our architectural heritage, reminding us how good - how great - we can be.
A shopping mall with a station as an afterthought. Train platforms spread out all over the place with very poor signage. I left plenty of time but still nearly missed train. God forbid if someone was disabled and needed help. No staff about. What does it say about what is supposedly one of Britain's great stations that more priority is given to overpriced coffee and WH Smith's monopoly than to customer care.
You can not buy international tickets. Every eurostar saleswoman says something else.
I needed a train to Gare de Lyon and Eurostar was perfect! #LoveEurostar
Super beautiful train station in london. It was smooth to take train from here to france
Always clean and tidy. Reasonable selection of the usual retail outlets e.g. Monsoon, Oliver Bonas, Boots, plus good range of cafes for something a little different (& usual Pret etc. if you prefer). There's worse places to be if you're waiting for a train!
I found the service at the East Midland train ticket office exceptional, staff went out of the way to assist, despite it being a busy Saturday morning.
Traveling in Gothic Revival class and style. St. Pancras International is one of the largest terminus stations in London and since November 14, 2007 the British home of Eurostar trains. The Neo-Gothic station, designed by William Henry More
Trains very good, nice and punctual. Really need more seating in the waiting room at both St Pancras and Gare du Nord.
Busy busy busy and people aren't so good at walking here; they're all over the place. Pack some patience. Lots of shops and easy enough to navigate.
Beautiful and impeccably clean train station with many restaurants and shop
Good bars, excellent architecture and some ambient music from passers by playing the pianos scattered around. And a few trains to some interesting places of course.

One standout feature at St Pancras is Europe's longest Champagne bar - Searcys Champagne Bar. Located on the upper level overlooking the Eurostar platforms, this elegant bar serves up an impressive selection of Champagnes from some of France's top producers. It's the perfect spot for pre-departure drinks or a celebratory toast upon arrival.
For those who prefer something stronger than Champagne, there are plenty of other options available at St Pancras too. The Betjeman Arms pub offers traditional British pub fare alongside craft beers and ciders from local breweries. Meanwhile, The Booking Office Bar & Restaurant serves up classic cocktails with a modern twist in a stylish setting inspired by the station's history.
If you're looking for something sweet to indulge your taste buds before your journey begins then head over to Fortnum & Mason’s tea salon where they serve their famous afternoon tea along with cakes pastries sandwiches etc., which will make your day even better!
In addition to shopping and dining options at St Pancras International Station there are also several services available such as currency exchange facilities ATMs luggage storage facilities free Wi-Fi throughout etc., making it easy for travelers to get everything they need before embarking on their journey.
