We use MNS to fix our network. We had connectivity issues with Charter. They came in, analyzed our network, coordinated with Charter, upgraded our old server and fixed all the issues. When new issues arise the fix is just a phone call to MNS, they log into our computer and fix it in minutes (typical, though once took longer because of the specific issue). Since we have recently purchase a new computer and they built it to our specs, brought it in and had it up and running the same morning. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your networking and computing issues. We always tell our clients to "use the right professionals for the right job so you can keep doing your job".
