Arrived in plenty of time for our train. However the board did not indicate a platform number so we waited for one to hopefully show up. When we arrived at security they worker roped off our security gate right in front of us and directed us to exchange our tickets. However we were not informed that we would have to pay for new tickets rather than straight across exchanging them. Also rather than saying departed gates close 30 mins before it says ticket gates. Very misleading. My family and I are not happy and will not travel through this station again.
