My works van was recovered here by The AA. It need...

My works van was recovered here by The AA. It needed a new clutch which was replaced very efficiently however on collection of the vehicle I only managed to get about a mile and the charging light came on, so I returned to the centre and they looked at the vehicle and advised me it did it on road test but went off so they left it. It turned out to be a loose connection. I know mistakes are made but maybe an extended road test to verify might have saved me a return trip.
