Our train was cancelled by Eurostar at the beginning of july. They promised an e-voucher in 28 days but we are still waiting for it more than 2 months. Nobody cares about masks inside the station and the trains and staff does nothing about it. They even turned off on-board wi-fi. Yes, it's a hard time for big companies but how about people? Do we have to be fine with our stolen travels, time and money? Thank you, Eurostar!
