We had to include a parcel in secure portage when we boarded the Eurostar in France. When we arrived at the St. Pancras station, we had no idea where to go to pick up our package. We asked a kind Eurostar employee for directions to the secure portage office as he was on his way out. Instead of providing directions, he walked us all the way to the office since it was out of the way. We truly appreciated the thoughfulness of this kind Eurostar employee. He started our 1st family trip to London on the right foot. Thank you!!
