Still such a disappointing service, highlights being; Pancras waiting room is tiny, under staffed and over priced, train air conditioning was broken, seating is super hard and space is less than cattle class on a plane (contrary to the welcome video), toilets were not clean, intercom is extremely loud and doesn't allow more than five minutes of silence, the Wi-Fi feels like using the internet in the 90's, the list goes on. Next time I travel to the continent it shall be by EuroTunnel and my car.
