Worst possible Online Store/E-commerce website ever.

I ordered a LG 32" Smart HD Ready LED TV on 6th May 2018.

Fraud 1. During ordering/making payment the Delivery date was shown as 4-5 days from order date. Immediately after the order was placed, the delivery timeline changed to 12-14 days. (Nice trick. Let the customer suffer for the mistake they did..the mistake of buying from Tata Cliq)

I called the customer care immediately to ask about the delivery date. Their call centre has hired robots who speak only programmed lines like 'We are not committing anything, but we will try to deliver it as soon as possible.'

Fraud 2. The product was being transported via 'GATI', one of the biggest fraud company in India in Logistics sector and no tracking data was available till 9th May. against their AWB no/tracking no.

I called Tata Cliq and the reply was once again 'we will do it as soon as possible'. After lots of follow up with Tata Cliq and GATI, finally the product was delivered on 15th May 2018.

Fraud 3. Since 15th May, I am calling them on a daily basis for the FREE INSTALLATION/DEMO, but without success. Till now, I have not received any call/msg/mail from LG or Tata Cliq regarding Installation/Demo. It's not that I can't install, but the point is, the product has to be opened by LG technician only (so that warranty can be claimed for any damage). Its more than 4 days now. But all I get as reply from customer care is, 'We will do it as soon as possible'.

The biggest mistake one can ever commit online: Buy a product from Tata Cliq. For those who plan shop from Tata Cliq, think again.

I bought M2 My Device My life product, two sets for my kids..My experience was very very bad. If u have money please go for Mi products rather than such products...Mi will be on higher side compared to such products but will be of worth..
I have initiated for refund, waiting for it ..I got it from Tata Cliq.The worst part about this site is they don't have any contact number. With this site it's my first experience n hoping they will solve my issue..
I always prefer to buys products from Amazon , they got easy return /refund policy..They do it very fast n keep updating about the status of refund..
Hoping the same from Tata Cliq.

Maha bad services are Tata click away from the click that I have been having problems in the product, after doing it, the Dell logo sleeps for 2 minutes after complaining that there is no service for replenishment.

Tata Cliq has one of bogus policies in goods return. Don't purchase, because dont take back even though goods are not fit to customers requirements and even though customers are not satisfied with products. Prefer Flipkart & Amazon.

I bought an voltas ac and it deliverd after 16days,and till now no one contacted me according to the post deliver service.

We received a totally damaged TV worth 58,050 Rs that was ordered from TataCliq website.

This was ordered by me as a birthday gift to my brother who stays in Thane, India. It totally ruined his day.

Date of order - 20th Aug, 2020
Delivery Date - 24th Aug, 2020

They initially apologised and asked us to raise a return request.

To our extreme disappointment and horrendous shock, when we gave a call back to check the return request details, customer care told us the request would not be processed since the box was opened by us.

This came as a shock because:
-No one told us during the time of delivery that the box is not to be opened
-In fact as a precautionary measure it was suggested to open the outer cover and wash hands of which screenshot
-Also, it was not mentioned in the delivery email to not open the box.

-After numerous calls, emails and discussions with TataCliq support, all we hear is 'Mam, the box was opened by you hence we cannot take the return'. The customer care is not even registering the complaint!

This is an absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible attitude towards a very serious issue.

TataCliq is running a scam behind this brand name Tata. They do not entertain complaints where big amounts and electronics are involved.

I am still waiting for my refund and won't stop until I get my hard earned money back!

Tata Cliq online shopping provides some items at a lower price than any other popular websites. The cost u pay is realized when u return the old /damaged item delivered. It took me 5 weeks of relentless effort to get my money back - sending them all possible pic of the product and even the box. There email id do not accept more than 1 pic attached.. there are countless tales I can describe over pages after going through the ordeal. U better hit a cop on his face if u still want to try the drama.
I could see some folks commented that Tata Cliq is great place to work, which perfectly explain the deterioration of the services, no offense to anyone.
If I ever meet Mr. JRD Tata, I wud like to ask the philanthropist WHY? Tata Cliq, Tata docomo, etc. why?

Anti Customer Company. Have had worse cases of Order delivery, tracking, and after sales service. Every order has complications and the Customer Service is least bothered to help. Irritation and anger are a offered at no cost when you buy with TataCliq. Negative review based on issues faced with all buying experience. Your Issue has to be repeated every time you call the helpdesk with no resolution.

Administration of Tata cliq is spoiling the name and fame of Tata. I had placed order on the good will of Tata. I paid hafty amount of Rs. 58,300/- on 4/9/2020 for LG 55" UM7300 PTA. They accepted my order and after usesing these much amount for full 10 days, today on 11/09/2020 in this eve of Friday they simply massage that it is out of stock and your money will be returned within 3-4 working days. This is nothing but cheating and same is not expected atleast from Tata's concern. The management should debar such unscrupulous businessmen from their associates.

Worst service ever. They do not refund or replace the damaged items. Instead buy from any other market place or shop. I have been harrassed for replacement of damaged HP printer since 40 days and had to file complain in consumer forum

Guys, finally received refund after writing 30 mails and 30+ phone calls and 25 days of daily follow ups. I do not know what to say about customer service. They can serve better as they have TATA brand name but do not know why customer need to follow up so many times for a refund.

Tata is wasting time and money to customer as well as tata for cheap product selling.
I ordered MiA2 phone of BLACK color and received GOLD color, thus need to return, its totally waste of my time as well as tata for sending and picking back of the product.
Support team is also outdated, sending phone image thru email it bounce back as email is support only 10 mb size of photos. :(

Have not directly worked with the company, however the closed ones working here makes me feel sick of the toxic environment in the office. I have felt a strong sense of unprofessionalism with the leaders and all the work load distributions too.

They have the most weird out of sorts answers to decline a return request. First one has to wait for a month to get back a call for return. Then they give you rubbish answers. Don't buy any product from Tata Cliq. Buy from other sites like Amazon, Myntra etc... where you can return the product without any hassle if you don't like it. Tata Cliq CS is very poor service and you will not get any resolution after sales and if you want to return the product they will torture you like anything.

Doesn't even deserve a single star. Duped me with a Dead printer and now refusing to pick up and refund my amount. This is a company branding itself as a Tata, selling faulty products and shading their responsibility when it comes to helping people.
They sold me a printer HP Laserjet 1020 Plus and it turned out to be a dead product. DOA Certificate from HP is shared with the company but still they are refusing to pick it up from my home and refusing to refund.
TataCliq Helpdesk staff doesn't understand the complaint which we make and keep on parroting the same thing in all the calls. They do not even have a courtesy of informing customers on steps taken on the complaint that is logged with them.

I went to purchase after seeing TATA name but had encountered with very bad experiance with TataCliq as the product supplied from dead stock (Nov'2017 Manufacturing) which does not have any market value and rather than replacing the product with new stock, I am told to apply retun & refund by TATA Cliq customer care. I am stuck up as I made the payment from Paypal and applied one special offer coupon for 500/- which will be wated if i return the product. No support from TataCliq is really ridiculous and big pain.... Me and my near-dear will not go to purchase anything from Tatacliq as it is not customer friendly and fake offers / dead stock is supplied through this E-Commerce Portal and TataCliq does not have any policy in fabour of customer. Really very sad with such kind of experiance.

Order 4 days ago, yet haven't been process. Onsite we can see symbol "TATA TRUST" but don't think its work. Had paid fully for the product god, and customer care service which we see 24*7 don't work at all.

This is my worst experience in last 10 years.
I have paid an amount of 3499/- with my card on 1/1/2017 for a mixer grinder, but till today it has not been delivered nor the amount refunded. I almost everyday spend half an hour talking to the customer care people , who give a false hope that the amount will be refunded In next 24 hours.

Delivery of my order was delayed by a week, the wrong product was delivered. They do not accept card payment and their own refund policy is twisted. It takes them 48 hours to update the status of delivery and 8-10 days for refunding the amount to my bank account. I would request all online shoppers to stay away from Tata Cliq. They have to learn from AMAZON.

My refund of the cancelled products is stuck since last 10 days and I am not able to connect to any of the customer care representative.And also not received the products I ordered. Please help me out.

Worst Online seller I have ever visited.They are unable to deliver products like AC within the estimated time in Mumbai itself.I have ordered Voltas AC on 28th March 2019, While ordering the estimated delivery was 3-6 days , but noe they are telling it is 15 DAYS i.e 11th April 2019. TATA CLIQ IS A FRAUD COMPANY .They say its an Indian company but they make fraud ,I had book 2 products through debit card payment but the product didn't come so i i wait so long after the estimated delivery date also so I cancelled the product & the next moment when i checked the status of product its showing as refunded ,when i checked with the bank the amount hasn't been credited back , & they gave some wrong Transaction ID i gave to the bank they said its not valid because the transaction id id comes with numeric not with alphabet so PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS & ORDER ANYTHING
