Guys, finally received refund after writing 30 m...

Guys, finally received refund after writing 30 mails and 30+ phone calls and 25 days of daily follow ups. I do not know what to say about customer service. They can serve better as they have TATA brand name but do not know why customer need to follow up so many times for a refund.
