CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. purchased new dell laptop. laptop was scratched. also laptop stopped working in 3 days as software malfunctioned.initiated return. submitted all proofs including jobsheet. first told me that they will pickup within 2 days. now after 5 days their cc guy calls me that i should repair this laptop as it is within warranty and cancels my return. the worst eccomerce site.
