Delivery of my order was delayed by a week, the wrong product was delivered. They do not accept card payment and their own refund policy is twisted. It takes them 48 hours to update the status of delivery and 8-10 days for refunding the amount to my bank account. I would request all online shoppers to stay away from Tata Cliq. They have to learn from AMAZON.
