ruining the name of Tatas, they only allow to post positive product reviews...pathetic reviews they sensor..and pathetic service in todays service oriented world of online market places..even you can not see your previous reviews you posted..purchased washing machine n repenting now as delivered late and faulty machine and now not taking return(even when the delivery was in mumbai itself; forget abt other cities)..pathetic aftersales. Being forced to get repaired under warranty..
