#Tatacliq is a #fraud company. Had ordered a smart TV after confirming it being smart from the executive. Delivery was that of non smart TV. On calling customer care, executive was making lame excuses to not take a return. When complained to national consumer helpline offered me a refund or a voucher of 1500 rs (which ofcourse i refused) to settle/cover up the matter after 21 days of daily calling up . Blocked my review for being published on their website in name of moderation. An executive called up to settle the matter on her own terms. Not ready to publish my review on the website and informed the consumer helpline of case being closed. They are a bunch of arrogant frauds.

The worst online portal I have come across. I have been into so much trouble for a return which I have not faced by any other portals. Guys save yourself and do your online shopping somewhere else.
I wish I had an option to rate it 0. I would have.. unfortunately I have to give it 1.

Tata Cliq is cheating with customers we purchased Mobile but mobile's Camera is bad then we requested to return that Mobile Phone but Tata Cliq is rejected return request. why not returning the product. This product not working. Tata Cliq Delivered a totally defective mobile. Tata Cliq is big fraud.

Tata delivered me defect peace, I raised return request however product not yet pick up it's more than one month and my money also get stuck, very poor service.

Fraud...they will not refund your money and will never deliver you the product, they are making scam and fooling people on the name of TATA...dont fall in their trap, they are just scammers...

Pathetic service provided by Tata Cliq as i have booked one Split AC which is wrongly delivered for two times even wrongly installes by voltas executive.whrn it did not functing then they found that mismatch unit delivered by Tata Cliq- Even no body respond to resolveg to resolve

Ordered a washing machine on 15th October, promised delivery date was 20-22 October. No word from them so far(26 October today) even though I raised 3-4 complaints yet nothing is happening. Worst shopping experience.

Customer service is hopeless.. I placed order on 3rd October and have spent hours trying to follow up for delivery, but the personnel do not have time to even respond.. Never expected this from TATA. Please stay away from this site

Bought a pair of Red Tape Shoes, Decently priced. But delivery got delayed for couple of days. However sometimes the website is not responsive to clicks.

Worst experience on ecommerce services .I have ordered ac on 11nth of july and incorrect model was delivered. Till now nothing has been done to return and refund my order. Whenever i call to customer executive they always say we are working on your queries. Please guys go for other options and don't think they work with tata ethics. Tatacliq is fooling customers and didn't show any decency toward them if anything goes wrong.

even after written mails no action has been taken yet . it seems my money has been cheated by this TATA CLIQ .

Never go for it Worst Service, Duplicate Products, Unprofessional customer support. My Return is pending from last 15 Days after 100 of calls they cant resolve my issue after 15 days and daily getting one and same mail from team from last 8 Days that we are working on your query and will resolve it within next 48 hrs .

In spite of returning the product, Tatacliq has not refunded the amount due to me. Surprised that a Tata Company behaves in this fashion.

My experience is good. I got my product before time and in good condition. I think they have improved their service.

Horrible experience! They are cheaters. Don t ever buy!! If you want to return you will have to break your head. And very difficult to get your money back!! Everytime they say two/three days but their tw/ three days never get over!

Tatacliq is the best option to purchase the products specially for Accessories and Mobile phones you will get more cheaper price over here compare to other market places and also good for Original products because @tatacliq is only deals with the manufacturer or Brand owners to sell their products in some portals you may get 1st copy but in tatacliq you get 100% original products. All products are genuine and original.

pathetic service in case of returns & no exchange policy.

I ordered trouser & denim & they sent me some random pathetic maxi dress that i never ordered. so i had to return the product the person comes & picks my parcel & i do not get any acknowledgement receipt all they expect is the customer need to return 2 products whereas they have sent only one wrong product. They send you wrong some random product & when you intiate returns (no exchange policy as per them) you have to go through mental trauma of getting through to their customer care. The executives consult their superior & the superior in turn consults the executive. No result end of the call all you get to listen is their apology which they never mean. No person knows the history & they assure you of help which they never do & all you have to do is hold their call or wait for them to call you. Until this order tatacliq according to me was best online website but post this order im never going to shop from them again. still await my refund which i dont think i am eligible as they are investigating the matter.

TataCliq - Never buy products from them. They delivered a TV which had a broken front panel. Asked for return on their website and the request is not processed. Tried calling Customer care several times but no one picks up the call. Initially there was a message that they will call back in one hour but no one called back. They are cheating customers.

Worst experience of online shopping...wrong product description, poor quality and damaged. The most pathetic of all is that they do not accept returns on most items which other websites offer. Pathetically Poor customer service. Stay away from this.

very bad experience ordered a kurta it was small and not what it looked so asked for an pickup but got 3 calls saying y dont you take it to your nearest westsde store and give it when i refused they sent pick up and even though i had paid cash they said they will refund on my account they took my bank details but its 10 days have not received and amount and when i called they said they have not details of any such transaction on record so apparently i have not ordered anything so i was angry all of a sudden they found my bank transaction and said back has rejected the amount and asking for explanation they dont know i askd send me the transaction details they dont have ..is iss some kind of a spam going on or what ,,i have not got any response bck from them yet ....please people be careful
