Doesn't even deserve a single star. Duped me with a Dead printer and now refusing to pick up and refund my amount. This is a company branding itself as a Tata, selling faulty products and shading their responsibility when it comes to helping people.
They sold me a printer HP Laserjet 1020 Plus and it turned out to be a dead product. DOA Certificate from HP is shared with the company but still they are refusing to pick it up from my home and refusing to refund.
TataCliq Helpdesk staff doesn't understand the complaint which we make and keep on parroting the same thing in all the calls. They do not even have a courtesy of informing customers on steps taken on the complaint that is logged with them.
Sick people bringing bad name to brand Tata.
