I've worked with a lot of agencies in the last few years and I must say, this place offers a whole new experience when it comes to both, branding and marketing. The bosses are actively engaged to ensure perfect delivery, mentoring their employees whenever needed and are fun to work with. They'll drop pop culture references in a conversation when you're least expecting them. What separates them from other organisations in this Industry? Everything! The work, the office, culture and the employees are all, impeccable.

It's present at a very odd place. You can't get any metro/bus to this place.

Horrible organization to work at. They gulp hard earned money of employees and the owner is the lady who is most shameless person ever met.

I started my career with CREATIVE INC. And today after 11+ years with this company... I have never felt the need to change over. I have grown immensely here along with the organisation. The management is extremely supportive, office culture is great and moreover we are a fun loving agency that means serious business.

A really great integrated brand marketing agency I have worked with. The environment is really friendly and positive and a person learns a lot from this agency. You get to explore each and every aspect of branding and marketing.

I recently went here for an interview. I applied through an online website where the requirements matched my qualifications (freshers were also welcome). The HR called me for an interview WITHOUT EVEN OPENING MY RESUME (as the website notifies if the HR does). When I reached the location and met the director for the interview. I was treated under-qualified. I don t know if they were expecting an MBA or prior work experience and if they were, why didn t they specify it on the hiring website? I was literally not even asked to introduce myself when I went to the director s (Mr.Pramit) office and the first sentence I got from him was What brought you to us? Well, um, your HR!
That was quite demeaning.
I personally had a very bad experience. Travelled for 2.5 hrs for something I could get over mail.No matter how influential Mr. Pramit is, their senior management and the HR aren t synchronised and that kinda tattered their reputation for me.
