Scandalous insurer, showing 0 humanity.
To cancel a trip due to the death of my father. They ask me to deliver a whole lot of work and document instead of understanding what kind of situation we are in, and to ease our suffering a bit. I strongly advise everyone not to take out insurance here. Other companies such as ABN AMRO are much better and faster at this, where a phone call is enough !!!

very bad experience with this insurance. I have been a member of them since 2011 and had a scooter insured. I had chosen to charge my account every six months. in 2018 I had sold my scooter and immediately stopped the insurance. I received money back and did not receive it in the end. when I recently wanted to insure she did not want me to be insured because I had to pay 3 that I have never heard of.

Very bad experience. Breakdown during the holiday. Unigarant could not find how we were insured and could not help us. Therefore having to arrange and pay for a tow truck in Norway. Then at least 20 calls were made for the follow-up and new (unaware) people were on the phone all the time. For example, they asked me why 4 files were opened in their system as if I had arranged this. If they can call back 'any time' this takes 3 hours. If you call Unigarant yourself you will get another person on the phone.

I never want to call them again, you run into a wall of ignorance and unwillingness.

I was looking for how I could temporarily suspend my insurance for my vehicle. In the search function of the site typed my question, but could not find it. Then just called and immediately great help.

More than 10 years customer, never declared anything and I want to declare something from my trip and what I hear is not covered by your policy conditions! Travel insurance apparently does not mean anything to them and their customers at all!

My WA application for the camper has been rejected because I use it partly for business purposes (working on a laptop). What does this have to do with WA? I'm not asking for all risk, am I? Also slow processing and no rejection by email. Had to call behind myself.

In itself good insurance but everything strictly according to the rules. Package has been very watered down in recent years. Coulance is a word they certainly do not know.

Beware very poor insurance. They have a very poor policy condition. Unigarant will do everything in its power not to pay. We had a boat insurance policy after zinc damage is not paid despite the fact that a second expert and arbitrator agreed with me. Very slow responding company. Keeps asking for additional information every 2 weeks or so. Took 6 weeks to progress my damage claim. And only pays day value or claimed value, whichever one is the lowest. Even if the damage is higher. And only up to the maximums listed on their site. But seems a legit insurance company, as they actually paid after 6 weeks.

Good car insurance through the ANWB. Even with a claim for damage, they remain friendly and my damage has been dealt with correctly. With my 2nd car I also get the same 80% discount

Had 10 years of insurance, never claimed anything until now. Amount was very disappointing (water damage to ceiling and kitchen cabinets). We have only accepted as we have an eye for another insurer. On advice I am now in the process of switching to another company where I am much better insured for a little less money every month.

Unigarant keeps itself going with the fine print. If you like rules and bureaucracy, this is the insurer for you!

If you want an insurer with common sense, look further!

On the bright side, the customer service staff also realize what the stupid rules they are, and understand it immediately when you cancel your insurance because of this.

I called today to recoup my weekend away to Brabant on my cancellation insurance, since our prime minister announced yesterday that Brabant is currently a risk area. But unfortunately madam, you are not insured for that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All those years wasted premium could have paid this nicely.

I am not insured with Unigarant myself; my father, who died abroad, was.
The funeral insurance could not cover everything; Unigarant selected and paid the repatriation (July 2018) and the expenses that were made within a few days. We filed all documents and cases in December. and has been run smoothly by Unigarant through all "party" days within a few working days.

We have been helped by mail by Robbin. For months we have been sad days with a huge roller coaster. Fortunately, all this went smoothly.

In one year, two parents lose their health because of illness, you will not be left in the cold clothes. A small patch is the organizations that ensure that everything is just arranged.

my mother of 81 had an accident in January 2018, with physical injury and the person who helped her was completely covered in blood / leather jacket, blood stains, reported total damage 400.00, to this day. still no payout, and they always have other excuses ,, there was self notice [dismissed, but never paid .jas sent, [disappeared] !!! then again, if it was not a froude! , I think it's outrageous that an old person [81] is treated like this after 36 years of insurance in their tidy and has never had any damage, around bad society an angry 81 year old

They are unfair. As at the time of insurance theu ask simple question and give you a lower price of premium. However, after sime days they deduct a higher amount from your bank account on the basis of different stories. I had a bad experience with them

It is better to be insured with a good insurer, because they do nothing for you here. Bad service bad acting really a very unprofessional company. So we immediately go to a professional company.

After 6+ years I have not been able to pay for my scooter insurance once and I can immediately start because I had no money for it. Have paid the reminder and there is still just premium premium from my bank, but then I get a broker from the rdw that the scooter is not insured and I can expect a fine of 330 euros plus on top of that unigarant informed me that I am must have a different insurer from January.

After driving a lease car for 15 years without any damage and before that from the lease company. and having sent employer statements of these claim-free years, Unigarant still puts me at zero damage-free years. The higher premium (difference between 15 and 0 claim-free years) is automatically collected despite the supporting documents I have provided.

I immediately canceled this insurance with Unigarant and took it out with my bank, which does include the 15 claim-free years in the premium.

Travel insurance taken out through travel agency for five people in my name and my account number went through unigerant two people canceling the trip and they could just give another account number by phone without my knowledge for the refund. As a result, the refund of my canceled scooter insurance to the changed giro number was transferred while my giro number is clearly on the letter addressed to me so I started the new year fighting the beer quay, these are clearly internal errors but it is so always to someone else to us.

Unbelievable. I call 2 months after I have reported the damage, it appears that the damage has never occurred to them. "The website has had some problems". That is not enough! As developers you know where the error messages are, which must be followed up by customer service. DO BETTER!

Wanted to cancel my moped insurance today as I sold it to a colleague. Received good advice from Unigarant to wait until I have proof of release in case of any fine from RDW. Very neatly helped and addressed. and a few extra days are not the costs either. so this is irrelevant for both parties.

Worthless, the damage-free years of the insurance of my 1st engine (insured elsewhere) cannot be applied to the 2nd engine that I insure with Unigarant.
The b / m discount cannot be met and the insurance can only be terminated after 1 year.

These fagots cost me 330 Euro because they couldn't debit 9.60 from my checking account. Have not received a reminder, just thrown out of the insurance and registered as a defaulter for a penny. I recommend using Enra for moped insurance, never had any problems, you can always call them. If something goes wrong with payment, you just call them and you can still deposit it. Unigarant doesn't actually deserve 1 star, too bad I couldn't give -5.
