Before I went on holiday, I checked by phone whether we were optimally insured. unfortunately you are just lied to on the phone ...
I had to stop my trip earlier because of COVID-19, but this was NOT reimbursed because "natural disasters" was not included in the insurance, the employee should have raised this option on the phone. because of this I have now lost half of my trip and do not get a cent back in return

it's that i have to give at least 1 star but they deserve 0
