2 days later there is another letter that I have to pay with threat of collection costs.
Pretty amateurish of this company to play it that way.

Good and careful insurer. The claim under my bicycle insurance via ANWB is handled very pleasantly, with very pleasant telephone contact with customer service. Something went wrong at the mailroom which caused the two keys sent by me to be registered twice (ie as four keys), I was just called that this has been checked to be sure and that the payment will follow immediately. Very nice. A week after the theft, I can already order a new bicycle.

I can absolutely recommend this insurer.

No here no caravan insurance. They convert your policy from a general cover with extension to a policy without extension coverage. You specifically ask if everything is covered and you get a yes now that there is damage I get the blame. There is no coverage. Thanks Unigarant and GET AWAY. For example, treatment with a customer who has been there for 25 years. People do not take out insurance here.

VERY BAD!! in case of damage after 4 months still no help! A quotation must always be adjusted with new information, which could have been indicated by the insurer from the start! I do exactly what they ask, but after that something else has to be adjusted .. finally after 5 months I gave up hope of receiving any money. do you think you are well insured !!!! they just play games. they don't come by either! I'm going to cancel everything here as soon as possible.

Ridiculously bad service. My scooter was stolen 2 months ago. When all requested documents + keys + registration certificate + police report were sent. I haven't heard anything after 1.5 months, so I started calling after it again. Unigarant also did not understand why the process had not continued. Now 2 months later, I get the question if I want to fill in that ridiculously long questionnaire again and send my keys and registration certificate !! How can I send this if it is already with you

In 3 years had 3 damage reports, all of which were reimbursed.

The settlement of the damage was limited and the damage amounts were paid properly and on time.

2020 will hopefully be a better year.

I have registered an insurance policy and immediately canceled it.
This is due to incorrect information from one of the employees of unigarant.
I get a bill for signing in and out of 20 euros.

Helpful by phone but in the meantime no action is taken. E-mails are more often not answered than they are, and you will not be called back by phone.
After damage where the police report clearly indicated that I was not at fault, I had to wait for the counterparty's claim form, because without it nothing could be done. Weeks passed until it was finally possible to pay out due to Official Report.

It is a pity that it is then transferred to the wrong account number.

Countless emails and phone calls later, I've been waiting for damages for over four months.

After having read several reviews about keys that are lost by others with a bicycle insurance with Unigarant, this has now happened to me too! I sent 2 keys and now only 1 would have arrived. After not receiving the payment of my insurance without having been informed about it, I decided to call myself to see what was going on. Very nasty experience, where I am wrongly designated as a culprit and I have the idea that it is not me, but Unigarant who is the fraud. Very poor communication and service. Now awaiting an appropriate solution from Unigarant.

Very bad service. Get 3 different answers from 3 different employees. Annoying situation and it seems time and time again that I CANNOT be helped. Pretty inhumane. I am also constantly being sent from pillar to post and the advice I get is invalidated by the next employee I speak to! Seems like they are there to do their job, but not to help the consumer. Pretty dissatisfied!

TOP TOP TOP, really unbelievable how neatly we are helped, camper total loss, always costs money, but the insurance can not do anything about it. Very fast settlement, good explanation, calling is always possible. The new camper right there again, but hope they never need.

At Unigarant verzegerink I took out insurance for a deposit for the second time. Every time I paid in advance and still received a reminder weeks later for alleged non-payment. In addition, Unigarant Verzegerink had incorrect account numbers on the bills. If I wanted to use them, the payment would not work. However, if I took the correct number (which I had requested from Unigarant), I received a reminder. All in all, one can only speak of years of poor office organization with this insurance company. One star is still too much.
