Had 10 years of insurance, never claimed anything ...

Had 10 years of insurance, never claimed anything until now. Amount was very disappointing (water damage to ceiling and kitchen cabinets). We have only accepted as we have an eye for another insurer. On advice I am now in the process of switching to another company where I am much better insured for a little less money every month.
