Very slow responding company. Keeps asking for additional information every 2 weeks or so. Took 6 weeks to progress my damage claim. And only pays day value or claimed value, whichever one is the lowest. Even if the damage is higher. And only up to the maximums listed on their site. But seems a legit insurance company, as they actually paid after 6 weeks.
