my mother of 81 had an accident in January 2018, with physical injury and the person who helped her was completely covered in blood / leather jacket, blood stains, reported total damage 400.00, to this day. still no payout, and they always have other excuses ,, there was self notice [dismissed, but never paid .jas sent, [disappeared] !!! then again, if it was not a froude! , I think it's outrageous that an old person [81] is treated like this after 36 years of insurance in their tidy and has never had any damage, around bad society an angry 81 year old
