I would have liked to give 0 stars. What a dragon from an insurer. The customer service is a mess, people who work in a social workplace have a better level than the employees of this customer service and changes are not implemented too late. Are you looking for a trusted insurer then search quietly because this company including the ANWB may not call itself an insurance company and should keep it at the roadside watch is my opinion.
