Very bad experience. Breakdown during the holiday....
Very bad experience. Breakdown during the holiday. Unigarant could not find how we were insured and could not help us. Therefore having to arrange and pay for a tow truck in Norway. Then at least 20 calls were made for the follow-up and new (unaware) people were on the phone all the time. For example, they asked me why 4 files were opened in their system as if I had arranged this. If they can call back 'any time' this takes 3 hours. If you call Unigarant yourself you will get another person on the phone.
I never want to call them again, you run into a wall of ignorance and unwillingness.
