Awful....I wont be going back there. Everything about the goods and web site were fine no problem at all. The customer service i.e. the person (man) who answered the phone when I made a query was useless/rude/sharp/abrasive/non caring/indifferent/ and a complete waste of time with not an ounce of customer service in him!
Told sent, Friday.....then told left Monday.....then told courier had rerouted. Turn up Wednesday having been sent out Tuesday. Good product but won't buy from again.
same as above review order placed for next day delivery, called to track my order and spoke to a very rude uninterested male must be the same as dealt with in the previous review awful customer service.

The only place I could find the exact barrel nuts I needed for my roof-racks. Ordered and paid with PayPal, they shipped from UK to AU in a reasonable time-frame and they arrived well packaged. Website is quite extensive, which is a great help.
Wow maybe the worst customer service I have ever come across. Jane was lovely and very helpful but the boss was a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs!
Poor service - phoned at 3 o/clock and was told sales all go home early have been chasing my order for over a week. people who answer the phone give different names each time they answer. What is going on here ????????????????????
