To cancel a trip due to the death of my father. They ask me to deliver a whole lot of work and document instead of understanding what kind of situation we are in, and to ease our suffering a bit. I strongly advise everyone not to take out insurance here. Other companies such as ABN AMRO are much better and faster at this, where a phone call is enough !!!
